We had a high tea bridal shower for my niece and altho we didn’t stay there we got to tour the house and it was beautiful!!! Everything very clean and decorated perfectly. The tea party was lovely. Ashlee made sure everything was decorated and table settings adorable. The teas, sandwiches and desserts were delicious especially the fresh baked scones. To die for!! I want to come back and stay for a weekend and book massages and shop with my girlfriends. Ashlee made sure we had everything we needed for our party and it was so nice that she spent time getting to know us and chatting. I would highly recommend this place for a party or a stay!!
Very lovely and comfy bed and breakfast. The owners are wonderful and friendly and really have a passion and love for the place and the guests. The rooms are always clean and the themes for the cottages are great as well. They also host events, cooking classes, dinner parties, elopements, and they're all so much fun and energetic. Definitely a great place to get away for the weekend and explore the town, or just to visit and enjoy the life this place has
we held a very small wedding here and it was wonderful. ashlee was so sweet and made everything so easy for us. all we did was book a room and a date and she did all the rest for us! the property was lovely and the cottage we stayed in was cozy, comfy, and very clean. the amenities of both our wedding and our stay were so thoughtful. ashlee goes above and beyond as an innkeeper to make everyone feel welcomed and at home.
Great B and B! Ashlee and Sam are great hostesses! I love the hospitality of this Team! I have stayed at the Munzesheimer Manor over two weekends and I would highly recommend a stay there. The food is fantastic too, including homemade cookies and treats! Thank you Ashlee and Sam for the hospitality you showed to me and my family! We will definitely come visit you again!
We stayed in one of the cabins at Munzesheimer and it was wonderful! The owner was super sweet and keeps a great family atmosphere. The room had a comfortable kind size bed, a clawfoot bathtub, a mini-fridge, and lots of open space inside and out. But the best part was breakfast! Fresh fruit, yogurt from a near by dairy, hash browns from the garden, fresh squeezed orange juice, and dutch babies German pancakes right out of the oven! We will definitely be back!
Absolutely loved Munzesheimer Manor B&B! We eloped! The elopement package was amazing! Our day was perfect! Very intimate ceremony. We stayed in one of the quaint cottages. Loved it too. So relaxing. Absolutely perfect!Rooms: 5/5
We received a night as a 50th anniversary gift. It was the most relaxing experience. Loved the clawfoot tub bath. After we came back from supper we had a sweet treat brought to our door! The king bed was very comfy, and the sound of the train lulled us off to la la land the next morning at 8:00 we were awakened with a tray of piping hot coffee, what a treat! Next we were greeted in the dining room by Ashley, such a sweet lady. She served us a very tasty breakfast, which we enjoyed as much as her company . Would love to have spent more time there, felt like home. Thanks for the experience Don and Linda Bass.
Had a great short stay as this place came highly recommended. Hosts were great! Room was very cozy real change of pace from just another hotel. In addition host really helped me out with my travel so I can't thank them enough for that. Can't give high enough regards!Rooms: 5/5
My wife and I just spent the most wonderful time at the Munzesheimer Manor. We spent the evening in the most lovely Cowan Room. The hostess was the sweetest and warmest as she could be. Its been the most relaxed I've been in some time. Oh, The coffee was the greatest! Thank You.
This was a house that used to belong to a family a long time ago. It has been converted into a bed-and-breakfast. I had to be in the house to get a good understanding of how the setup was going to be. I was confused after seeing pictures online When selecting the room. When we got there we had a room upstairs with a bathroom and fireplace. The kitchen and living room were downstairs that was to be shared by the other rooms in the house. There was one other family in the house. We were looking for something that had the television in the bedroom. After Sam spoke with the owner they allowed us to upgrade to a cottage. The Cottage was wonderful. It had an old school bathtub with shower. The bathtub sat next to the bed. The toilet and sink was closed off. This allowed one person to be in the bathroom and the other person to shower without disturbing the other. At 8 a.m. tea and coffee was dropped off to the cottage along with some baked goods. Breakfast was served at 9 a.m. that was prepared by Sam who was a wonderful cook and gracious host. Sunday morning we had french toast and bacon. Monday morning we had something called tomato pie which was some type of precursor to Pizza. It was phenomenal. We definitely know where we will be staying the next time in the city.
