Broke a tooth at noon and got a 3:00 new patient appointment on the same day. Dr. Schmitter is an amazing, and compassionate talented dentist. She really cares about her patients which helped calm my nerves. If you are in need of a great dentist, look no more, you won't be sorry!
I was in a lot of pain from a wisdom tooth and mollar. I'm so glad I went to this dentist. The staff were kind and courteous. The dentist herself kept me from having really bad anxiety and told me every she was doing. The experience was great. Thank you so much for relieving my pain!
I was very satisfied with Dr. West. He's an amazing dentist. But the dental assistant that was suppose to make my temporary tooth molding was horrible. He spent over an hour trying to get the molding to fit. He couldn't seem to get it right. He said he was going to try a different method instead of asking for help from someone with more experience. He didn't even use the molding of my tooth. He put the paste that's used to mold the tooth in my mouth and asked me to bite down to get a new impression. By this time I was ready to go but didn't realize that his other method wasn't protocol. My temporary tooth doesn't even look like a tooth at all. It looks like a science project that went wrong. So the next time I come in your office keep that dental assistant away from me. Because I will refuse to allow him anywhere near my mouth.
I had my first time appointment and then was able to book all the services I needed. They were friendly, helpful, and honest about what they were doing. They treated me like a person, not a customer! Shout out to Mary who did my cleaning and Tina who did my fillings! They checked in with me the whole way through and were so personable! Great place!
This group is amazing!! My own dentist could not fit me in for an emergency and this group fit me in after never seeing me. They evaluated me, set up a plan, spent two hours with me, executed the plan within two days and followed through with care kindness and compassion!! I am now transferring my care here. Dr West Dr Schmitter sorry if misspelled and the office staff in Murfreesboro are just amazing!!! Thank you for taking such great care of me!!! Sincerely, Brandi Wethington
I had not visited a dentist in several years but after my crown broke off I didn't have a choice. They tell you the cost up front and everybody that works there are wonderful. Excellent dentists and hygienists. Still hurt like hell though but that's mostly my fault.
Davis dentistry has an amazing team . Had to get a tooth pulled out and this people took great care of me . Wishing them all nothing but the best . Thank you for going out of you all way and making this experience comfortable for me
First time at this dentist office . I called on a Friday & they were able to get me in the very next day . The receptionists were very pleasant ! Didn’t wait very long after arriving . The lady that cleaned my teeth was very pleasant , initially . Once she started , things changed . Long story short , she wasn’t very understanding of me experiencing discomfort . It wasn’t constant . I kinda jumped a bit when she unintentionally pressed one of her tools up against a tender area on my gums and she reacted as if she was about to be done dealing with me . Instead of her asking what caused my discomfort she assumed it was from the tool she used to clean my teeth . Wrong ! Her attitude changed and I wasn’t sure what to expect . She ended up doing an amazing job . My only suggestion is that she’s show a bit more compassion when a pt experiences discomfort . ASK what’s causing the pain/discomfort instead of assuming . Overall , I’m very satisfied with the results of my cleaning !
I had a great experience I don’t normally do reviews but I have come to appreciate how much it helps someone when looking to find a dentist. I like how they broke down to me what I was getting done and how much the cost was . very friendly staff
I've visited this location about three times over the last year and have had nothing but positive experiences with all staff. Had my teeth cleaned by two separate Hygienists, both were exceptional but Jasmine who took care of me on my last visit did the job with no discomfort inflicted. Have been seen by two different dentists and both were nice and professional. Highly recommend this team.
