The Staff is always so nice to work with. i had an auto pay, and when i had to cancel my card, they worked with me to show me that they value me as a client... mine is a 5x10 climate controlled, and I actually love the location... 90,59,BW8.... gets me there fast... special bonus, I used to live near them, so i get a trip down memory lane, when i pick up or drop off in my unit :

Horrible service no one there. Arrived yesterdsy 4 people waiting. Person CC is never there doesn't answer phone. I don't understand how PS allow this type of service. Use to be great service horrible now
Very clean & very helpful employees. Most importantly to me, their fees are lower than other storage facilities. They also have slightly longer access hours.

Clean storage site. With live on site staff. Climate control is really cooled in the summer and warmish in the winter. Reasonable prices. Solid separation between units.
