Always able to get fast and great service been there twice recommend to friends and family
I have had Muscatine Tech Guys fix several screens for me over the years and each time the service is excellent, super fast, everything works great, reasonably priced and I am always happy! Highly recommend!!
Every time I have had an issue with my computers I can always rely on Muscatine Tech Guy. Affordable, reasonable, and friendly. He is very trustworthy and responsive!
We took a Mac desktop to them and they told us it was still under warranty! We have had screens and batteries replaced on phones since then and it’s been great.
Seriously, these guys are the best. I came in with apparently a very simple repair and they did it free of charge while giving me advice on how to prevent it from happening again. They also fixed my girlfriends phone and were very polite, did the job quickly, and charged us very fairly. I couldn't recommend them any higher.
Without calling and without an appointment, I walked in with a majorly cracked screen on my iPhone 5S. In 30 minutes my phone looked just like new. Fast, easy service at a great price!
Very pleasant experience. Both of these guys put so much time and care into what they're doing. Definitely one of the best local businesses Muscatine has to offer. I highly recommend you go to Muscatine Tech Guys for an inexpensive alternative to other stores for fixing your product.
Great customer service. I am always impressed when a local business performs a minor service at no charge. My Samsung Note-2 power port was finicky, and they offered to install a $50 universal-ish replacement part that might be compatible; then they continued to tinker with the port all within minutes... They cleaned it out and straightened a couple pins and said it should be good to go, no charge. I said thanks, but I'll believe it when it works fine for a month! If it continues to act up, I will pay them to fix it; otherwise, I will go back to give them a small cash tip.
Michael is very knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and usually service is done on the same day! Absolutely recommend him.
Took my wife's Galaxy S7 phone in for to have the screen replaced. The owner stayed over store hours to fix it so she could have her phone that night. Great service and customer service.
