I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. I let them know ahead of time and they were so accommodating. Extremely friendly staff!!! I have a follow up next week for some dental work and I’m actually looking forward to it. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone. So I came back to Mustang Dental for my two year olds first dental exam and it went so well. The very professional and kind Hillary went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable. I am very lucky that I had this wonderful group of people showing my son dental hygiene and just creating a safe space for him. Will definitely be going back and will be recommending all of my friends and family go here thank you Hillary and thank you Dr. Brown
Mustang Crossing Dental Staff, dental assistants, hygienist and dentist, Dr. Brown are all great! I felt like a part of the family. My son was very nervous but was treated in a manner than put him at ease. He is actually looking forward to returning for his next cleaning. I have recommended to friends and family and the ones that have gone for dental needs have been very satisfied.
My kids had an appointment on 9/28. I took off of work this day to take them to appointments. I call the office that morning to get directions, the receptionist states she was trying to call me to rs for a few days now due to the physician not in the office. I had not received a call. So I rs’d to 10/12. I called the day before to confirm their appointment because I did not want the same incident to happen, the receptionist confirmed and stated they needed my ins information. This is after I called the first time for the 9/28 appt to make the appointment she stated they had all my information, she was very quick to get me off the phone. So I called back the morning of 10/12 to give her my ins information. She took it down very quickly, we hung up. I get there and she states they have been trying to call me to move our appointment. Again no calls have been received AND I spoke to them literally an hour prior to coming in! She asked if I could come back in the afternoon. I said absolutely not I took off of work again and had other appointments to go to. She confirmed my information which was wrong it was information from years ago, which all of this should have been confirmed the first time I called to make an appointment if she wasn’t such in a hurry to get me off the phone. So she squeezed me in and we had to wait. Now I am receiving a $420 bill from them. I called my insurance and claims have not been submitted. I am VERY disappointed with this office. I will not be taking my children back.
I am not happy with the services for varying factors: 1. they could have told me that they are not in my network for my insurance, which could have saved me 60% the cost but they rather advised me to apply for care credit - All these I found out later thru my insurance and got my other treatments elsewhere which saved me a lot compared to what they told me. They already charged me via care credit 2. They never warned me about the pain, or I needed a root canal before shaving off my crown and putting a temporary crown which kept breaking off - I couldn't sleep and they referred again to somewhere it costs 2800 to do a root canal which was not in my network and my in network charged me only 800 - overall I think they don't care but just want money. 3 Lastly I feel discomfort with all their procedures and will never visit again - This is not the best place - I found out there are other great places from my insurance like where I got my root canal done in Rowlett. This is the first time I will write reviews about my experience - Except you are here for surface cleaning, they only care about your money RUN!!!!
Not a single negative thing to say about the experience . Everyone was very kind , and super fast! The Dr was very patient and informative. Can’t say I’m looking forward to my next appointment, but I’m glad it’s here
I had my initial appointment at Mustang Crossing Dental Care on Monday 05/02/2022 and my visit was PHENOMENAL! I successfully completed my new client screening via email prior to my arrival to reduce paperwork and this process helped tremendously. The two women at the front desk were more than helpful and got me seen by a specialist as quick as possible. Upon arriving to the dental chair, I was seen in a prompt manner. As a new customer they did the typically X-rays, questions regarding my dental history, and additional concerns I may have. This process was smooth and the team was VERY friendly and professional. The handoff to different specialist was very fluid and I was very aware of every step along the way which is important to me as consumer. Per my request I wanted some additional work done that was not on my initial appointment, the team was very welcoming and able to accommodate my additional request and get the work done same day the exceeded my expectations. Overall my experience deserved all 5 of these stars and I will be returning in 6 months for my regular cleaning. Great job team, you’ve definitely earned my business and I would recommend you to my family and friends.
Terrible place. Wish I could do 0 stars. Overprice schedule an appointment leave work earlier only for them to say you don't have an appointment. Book appointment 3 weeks in advance. Would never go back or recommend them to anyone!!
Everyone was so nice. No long waits. Painless in every way. And I'm a big chicken when it comes to dentist visits
First appointment and I could be happier, ever level of the staff and doctors should be rated far higher the a 10.
Dr. Brown was awesome, very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. The assistants nurses were terrific and the office ladies so wonderful! Excellent place. I’ll be there pretty soon!
