First time going in for a consultation today and it was a fantastic experience! The Doctor and her staff all made me feel super comfortable! I have THE WORST dental anxiety and they really did great with explaining things before starting and what I should expect and I really loved that! I can’t wait to get my smile back! Definitely recommend!!
We had the best time! We brought my middle child with us, the staff loved on him and took care of him while we got our appointments over with! They were SO patient and very kind! I felt extremely comfortable! Best experience hands down!
They were lovely through the entire process. Calling to get a new patient appointment was easy and they guided me well through it. Going there was lovely as the place itself was nice, smelled nice not like a minty burn-your-nose-hairs sterile smell, and the actual dentists and nurses were great. They were really sweet and helpful. Overall I experienced great service!
I love the care from everyone involved with my treatment. They are thorough in explaining what and why things are done, always giving options. I’m relatively new to dental problems because of medical reasons so I ask a lot of questions but it never bothers them. I also trust their advice on future treatments and options.
First class service. Everyone there is so nice and Knowledgeable. Treated me with care and promptly. The location is also very nice, clean and welcoming. A great dentist place for all the family. I highly recommend them.
I couldn't be happier! I had a cleaning and check up. My hygienist, and dental assistant are the best, kind, and knowledgeable with great bedside manners. Dr. Aaron Cohenour is hands down the best dentist on the planet! The office was busy as I had a mid morning appointment on a Friday, but it is a very well run practice! Good Job guys
Smile Arts Dental are professional. They are quick and easy to deal with. They also don’t try to push you or overcharge you. Great place with nice people. Never liked going to the dentist but this place is great!!!
The staff was not attentive or informative. When I reported to them that the lining they placed in my dentures was coming out a few hours after they did it, their response was to go somewhere else. They did not offer me an appointment to come back to see if they could help resolve the issue. They billed my insurance over $300 for this poor service. In the past they gave great service when Dr. K was there, since she went to on call their customer service went down tremendously. I would not recommend their services at this time.
I had a molar break apart on the Friday before the 4th of July. When the office reopened on July 5th I was able to easily get an appointment for my day off on the next day. Everyone was kind, helpful & generally great. They have amazing technology so the crown as created very quickly while I was in the office. The whole process including my semi annual cleaning & x-rays took barely 2 hours!! Very efficient staff. Thanks so much!
Courtney and Lenora I believe her name is the cleaning lady is awesome. I love her to death. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for cleaning my teeth today. I just want to smile and show off my teeth just like they are thank you all so much again for being truly sweet and so kind and making me feel comfortable. You all are awesome see you June 12.
