I went there after looking around Spokane. I met with Eli, he was very friendly and helpful. The place was very large and open. Looked very clean. Many different machines, and not too crowded. I am going back when I have more time to look around. I asked about flex memberships and they do offer them. I am looking forward to joining after I move back to the area next month. Thank you Eli, you were a great help!
I’m a member @ MUV fitness for last few years. The reasons why: Affordable membership price! Clean place! Helpful staff ! Some of them are going out of their ways to help you. Stacia is one of them ! THANK YOU! Because of your friendly and professional attitude I will be back ! You are always smile and ready to help costumers. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to work out.
I have struggled with self confidence and anxiety for quite some time. I had a bad taste in my mouth about personal trainers, I found them to be intimidating. Working with Chad Barker has been refreshing to say the least. My confidence in the gym went from a 3 to 10. He is very encouraging and his personality is friendly. He truly cares about my goals and struggles and he goes above and beyond to help me achieve them. The word can’t no longer exists in my vocabulary. I recommend working with him. Be prepared to push yourself and explore a hole new level of confidence you never thought possible!
Hands down, the best customer service I've experienced at a gym before. Staff was very friendly, both over the phone and in-person. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and displayed great communication. Overall, the gym has great amenities and everything I was looking for. And the monthly membership fee is affordable.
I’ve been making a huge push lately to get back in the best shape of my life, and today I got validation I am on the right path. I appreciate Kenny so much for keeping track of my measurements and noticing my progress. Today he showed me a few new workouts, and then we took my measurements! BOOM! Massive progress! The staff here is amazing. Thank you Kenny, for being so supportive of my fitness journey.
I moved here a year ago trying to find the right gym with the proper equipment and a kid center. this gym has everything you need!! Bball hoop, sauna, large free weight area. Everyone you meet here are nice and more than willing to help if you ever need a spotter. Sidney at the front desk was awesome! Glad I joined this gym.
This is the absolute best MUV gym out of all of them! I have only been in this gym a handful of times but every time Adria is working she always gives the best customer service. She’s always very welcoming and it always sets my mood for my workout.
So I’ve been a member for about 9 months now, started out at a different location and ended up at the North Spokane location. This Muv is HUGE!! Plenty of dumbbells, free weightsplates and a vast variety of machines to choose from. 99% of the time I can get on a machine, or bench. Also, the gym is well kept and clean. The staff is pretty great. I’m always greeted when I walk in and the trains are legit. I’ve been training with Jacob V. for the entire time. As a trainer, he’s very knowledgeable and has a vast array of workouts he implements. With his help, I found myself winning an in-house competition for the biggest gainer muscle mass. 10 outta 10 recommend.
