One of the worst Healthcare provider relation ever met, they will not provide any info, even we have the denial, they will never except provider questions. they just say "we will not give any information ill connect to AVR if you like". I don't know weather the have bot for provider line or live rep. Not satisfied with the service. I never like to give single star just to post my concern selected single star.
Worst customer service. Had to make 10 to 15 calls every time I needed a refill of my durable medicine item for diabetes between Mvp and the supply company. On hold on average 1/2 hour. Wasted 5 to 6 hours on phone calls a month. Was told every time it was “fixed” and it wasn’t. The only thing the nurse that was supposed to assist me in managing my health helped with was me telling her my doctors and I have things under control and her sending a letter to me with what my goals were as if she was doing something as to justify her position. Lol I did everything myself. Waste of money for that position. The individual who worked in pharmacy was useless and not knowledgeable at all and told me I could get my Dexcom locally when in fact I couldn’t. Switched to Humana and customer service so far has been excellent!
No problem and no worries. This is bought the mail clerk position I applied for no sweat at all.
The worse insurance company to have ever existed. You are better off with no insurance. They don’t cover a penny and have high deductibles. Garbage!
This insurance is worse than having no coverage! Every place that I've tried to use it has said they either don't take the insurance or that service or medication is cheaper without their insurance. With open enrollment coming I'm getting this WASTE of money off the payroll
I've emailed and called several times. I'm waiting on a reimbursement for eyewear that was submitted months ago. I'm very perplexed at the customer servic.
Very unprofessional atmosphere today. Two of the office women were miserable and took it out on the patients. I don't understand how their supervisor never had a talk with either of them about their attitudes.
