MY DANCE BAG

Did not have my daughters shoe size in stock so they had to place an order online. They gave me an estimate of 1-2 weeks and about a month later I still had not had an update from anyone. Called to followup, employee said that she would leave a note for the owner so she can call me. No one ever called me back. Finally got to speak to the owner and she was unprofressional and rude. Did not apologize and basically called me a liar because her employees did not give her notes. Worst customer service! Will not go back! Do not recommend!

Great dance store that's been around for many years. Carries professional brands of shoes and owner is a dancer who knows how to fit shoes and guide your decision.

Absolutely love this place… we went in for an emergency pointe shoe fitting since the other store in Marlton didn’t have what we needed in time. These ladies are so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. My daughter and I now have a much better understanding of the different types of pointe shoes and what is best for my daughters feet. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Best dance store.

I love My Dance Bag! They have absolutely everything, at reasonable prices, in a convenient location with easy parking. Karen, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She spends so much time with my daughter on pointe shoe fittings and makes sure she finds the perfect fit. Karen clearly enjoys what she does and it makes for a wonderful experience every time we are in the store. We have also had great experiences with Emily and the rest of the staff. My Dance Bag is our go-to dance spot!

This quaint little store is probably perfect for the young ballerinas in the area. However, I walked in and had more of a greeting from a customers grandmother, than from the lady working in the store. She didn't acknowledge me, other than to see who walked in the store. After maybe 10 minutes of waiting, and browsing uncomfortably, I just walked out. I suppose I didn't fit the mold of her usual customer. I know the difference between someone expecting to help you, but they're busy, and someone who doesn't want your business. So I bounced

I have a 4 year old, she only does dancing once a week but this is the best place to get fitted for shoes! And they are high quality, for understanding $20. Way better than grabbing a pair from Target and you are supporting a small business.

Karen and her staff at My Dance Bag are the best! They go above and beyond to make sure all of our dancers have what they need. Great service and great merchandise!
