I worked with Paul, really great guy. Excellent customer service. I own a lot of retro Jordan’s and street wear brands, relatively new to the running sneaker game. Paul explained everything to me thoroughly and found me a great pair of shoes. He was very patient and brought me out over 7 pairs to try on to find my right size. Will definitely come back here. Great selection at the store as well.

I need more starsto select for this store, and for MASON !!  For several years now I've had issues with finding a comfortable pair of shoes,  for my 40 hrs/wk job.   I made my first visit because of TikTok and Nurse recommendations.  Mason took it a step farther pun intended and gave me a full foot diagnostic to find the PERFECT pair!    Rather you need shoes for work or sport,  YOU MUST COME TO the Cherry Hill location!!

Dan provided excellent customer service.  His expertise made the analysis and fitting an extremely pleasant experience.  I was able to try on quite a few pairs of running shoes before settling on the one that fit and felt the best.  I highly recommend the fitting process to make sure you are getting the best running shoe for you.  Overall, a phenomenal experience.  Check out the store and don't forget to ask for Dan.

Getting back into running and stopped in to try on and compare different brands. Alicia was absolutely great! She was very knowledgeable and suggested a couple of pairs based on my feedback of the ones I previously tried on. Happy to say I left with the perfect pair! I will definitely be back when it’s time for another pair!

Super helpful here. Came in a few weeks ago to figure out the best shoes for me...I have heel pain and needed something comfortable to do a lot of walking in. They did the fit analysis and found insoles and shoes that worked for me. I wasn't able to purchase that day but returned got the insoles. Highly recommend to anyone that needs guidance.

The staff is very attentive. First time at this location and very impressed by the staff’s extensive knowledge of the products. Extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend! Ask for Jessica, she’s amazing!

Took kids in to get fitted for cross country/track shoes. Riley spent significant time and energy with both kids to assess their individual needs, provided them with multiple shoe options to try on and test, and answered all their questions to ensure they got exactly what they needed. Great positive experience!

Husband bought a pair of sneakers here and insoles as well but it didnt work out. He signed up for VIP so i had to return the shoes and even tho they were worn once Jessna i believe took them back for me. I feel like it should be explained its exchange only if they were worn, but other than that a good place and Jess was awesome

Worst experience I have ever felt, when I walked into the store a gentleman welcomed me into the store and asked what brought me in. I informed him I am looking for nutrition and wanted to try some hoka carbon x3. Once I told him that he got a lady associate to bring out a pair. This is where it got interesting, maybe because I was dressed like I didn't have the funds for the shoes because I was dressed in my contractor clothes... The Associate literally walked over dropped the pair of shoes next to me and walked away didn't give me any information about the shoes or anything in that manor she just walked away and started helping a female. Once I tried the shoes I waited for awhile and nothing she didnt come back to me and asked me how the shoes felt.. nothing...This Interaction Totally took me by surprised, Customer service is the most important thing to me. When it comes to purchasing a high-end pair of shoes or in any case, any type of purchase at a retail environment. I got my nutrition that I was looking for and casually paid and left. My advice if you come to this store dress as if you have money because if you don't you will get treated horrible, at least this was my experience.

CJ was terrific. They really care about your feet & fit. My foot specialist said Oofos for the rest of my life, and they're great but I need walking sneakers. I tried the Oofos-too light. CJ suggested Hoka, Asics & Brooks. I tried them all & a pair of ONs. The Asics were the winner. Thanks for all your help CJ.
