The employees need to do a better job of not only picking quality products but bagging them correctly as well when it comes to online deliveries. There is absolutely no reason why a lot of my items that were in my order were damaged, not to mention the missing items from my order. ALL of my frozen fruits were thawed out, which means that when the employee shopped my items they were NOT properly stored to keep my items from melting. This will be my last time ordering from Walmart, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care for quality service for customers.
Typical Super Walmart. They have everything. Very well stocked. Pleasant employees including a friendly individual working carts in the parking lot.
This is one of the only walmart outlets I've been to with a closed ceiling ...I know many of you guys probably never pay attention to the ceiling in places but this place put me in the mindset of a old 80's Kmart . The staff seems to be nice and they're inventory was well stocked even over in the food section.
I think I went at the perfect time of the day. It was busy but not too crowded and I was able to find everything I needed. The cashier Mrs. Monicaand I hope I have her name right was the most friendliest associate I have encountered by far and not because she was "trying to be nice", you can tell she is a very inviting genuine soul. She's a good look for that location and it may benefit Walmart to allow her to train some of the associates for customer service considering the usual customer service given, in any giving Walmart on a random day. She was just that good! Employees like her is what makes shopping at Walmart stress free.
April 2, 2021 I love this Walmart. It's the biggest I've seen since I've been in Maryland. I love their variety & selection of black hair products. It's also the most black hair care products I've seen in the Walmarts I've been too. That's really appreciated & nice to see the consistency on products. I'm not from there, but I was looking for a specific product & I was blessed to find it & another. I can count on Walmart & that's so nice. Thank You!
I like this Walmart. It has a wide variety of food, lots of variety and organic. Usually has indoor plants available for sale all year round. It's clean and kept well organized and the cashier lanes are not normally too long..... there are times of course all this does not apply because nowhere is perfect.
Shopping here in person is fine, in fact it’s one of the better Walmarts in the area in that regard. Ordering online though, groceries specifically, that’s another story. We waited close to 2 hours for them to finally bring our stuff out, and yes we did arrive within our pickup time. I understand it’s busy this time of year but almost 2 hours later is absolutely unacceptable. We called to complain and they said their system didn’t show us as being at the store and they’d bring the stuff out shortly. Another almost hour goes by and they finally bring my stuff out. We also frequently have issues with the produce they give us, it’s always either rotten or close to it. We’ve been given expired products in the past too. Do yourself the favor and drive a little further to a different Walmart for grocery pickup if you can.
I visited this Walmart on Saturday afternoon. I wanted to purchase an item in the health/ beauty aisle, but it was locked up with one of the red security locks. I waited for over 15 minutes to get a rep to unlock the item. I went to customer service, and the rep said that she’d call someone to assist. No one came. Eventually I spoke to the manager, Julie, who all but shrugged her shoulders, and stated that there was a shift change occurring. She stated that she could not control that, or control if workers called out. I was unable to get the item I came for. I go to this Walmart fairly regularly, and usually don’t have any issues, but I left dissatisfied and annoyed with my experience today!
I met the pharmacy workers with a nice smile! I enjoyed them going the extra mile! They filled my order quickly and smoothly! They enjoyed my joyful poetry!
If you’re in a rush, I don’t recommend doing a pick up order at this Walmart I got there at 4:30 PM. I didn’t leave until 6:00 PM still didn’t get my product before I went home. The only time a associate spoke to me they were handing me an Apple Watch and I told her that it wasn’t my order and said sorry and took it back from me.I did get out and ask about my order and then the gentleman just told me you just have to wait so I did but all that time I’m waiting to get some preemie, diapers and onesie that my son came early than expected. I just ended up going to target closer to the hospital so I don’t waste more time
