Our mission has been to provide free workforce attire through an approved voucher program to qualified women pursuing employment. My Sister’s Closet has helped hundreds of low-income and at-risk women prepare to enter the workforce and take their first steps toward financial independence.

My Sister's Closet's Voucher Program assists low-income and at risk women living or working in the Monroe County who are 16 years of age or older, with the essential tools they need to find employment.
Signed vouchers may be obtained from over 40 approved agencies. Each voucher recipient may receive assistance with a Success Institute mentor and/or advocate for:
*Resume Compilation, *Interview Skills Training,
* Paid Job Skills training, *Business Advocacy
- Professional and workforce attire and image consulting to interview and/or fit into a new job.
