I've been using this location for about five years, for everything from business trips. To vacations. And even when mine is in the shop. Always professional and personable and most importantly on the spot. Great people there!!
I recently rented a car over the weekend The service was excellent The carwas clean Everybody in the office was professional and respectful I even got a phone call to make sure I was happy I even got a ride back to my house the driver was excellent The agent that rented me the car was excellent she explains everything very clearly Thank you for the great service I will rent again
The car was clean and in great condition. Also it was seamless on pickup of car and drop off. The people that work there make it a joy to rent from.
I rented the Hyundai because I had to put my car in the shop and the Hyundai was extremely filthy the seats were stained. The car was just not cleaned at all. Went back and received a Honda which was poorly maintained and the tire pressure light was on which I let management know about and he claimed I had to drive it a certain amount of miles for it to come off which I did and it still did not come off just as I figured. Upon bringing the car back today one of the unprofessional male sale reps informed me that all he could take off is $20 for me having to swap out a dirty car basically for another dirty vehicle with the light on which I spent 200 dollars for 2 days. Safety and cleanliness should be the top priority as well as exceptional customer service. 0 stars if I could if it. Save your money and your time with this location! Absolute garbage. Update management at that location did reach out to resolve this problem . Which I felt they handled professionally.
Poorly Managed and UNSAFE VEHICLES!!! I rented a car from this location through my auto shop at the beginning of July. After the first couple of days having the car, the breaks began to screech and grind. I brought the car back to the Enterprise and explained the problem and they gave me a new car within an hour. GREAT! Now again after a few days in the new car the breaks begin to screech and grind. I tried calling their office twice to get yet another replacement, but I was told that they currently did not have any cars available and would get back to me and never did. While driving today THE CAR LOST ALL BREAKS and nearly collided into a telephone pole. When I called to make my complaint I was asked what time I could bring the car back to trade it… what time can I drive their car with no breaks back to their office….. In short if you plan to rent a car from this enterprise make sure to take it to your mechanic to get a state inspection because I’m sure they didn’t.
Rented a car for a round trip from Long Island to Binghamton. Picked up car, packed it up on a Friday night, noticed left rear tire low, filled it up, next morning before leaving, noticed tire low again, filled it up again, no nails/screws etc. in tire, but previous tire plug. Needed to fill up 3 more times during trip as air was leaking to below 26lbs pressure. Unsafe and very upset about this. Otherwise, car worked out for moving what needed to be moved. Do your due diligence and ensure vehicles are safe for travel before allowing customers to rent.
Great service and a great car. I highly recommend the Lindenhurst location and its staff.
Unprofessional customer service. I was not greeted upon arrival. I waited 45 min to depart because the car required detailing and refueling. My credit card was charged without the agent confirming the charges with me. Due to the delay, I was advised my return window would be extended and upon returning the car, I was charged for an additional hour. Enterprise did not honor my extension that the agent told me I would receive. It is not about the money, it is the principal of the situation. I did not have a pleasant experience and that was the least they could have done to leave me satisfied. I refueled the car with more gas than I departed with. They have lost a returning customer. I’m beginning to think they treated me like this because of the color of my skin. They don’t care about retaining my business and didn’t do anything to make me feel comfortable during the entire transaction. The worst I have ever been through with Enterprise, please do better for your future clients.
This is my only place to rent cars. They treat you well everybody so friendly and always work with you. I highly recommend them
After being charged for 22 days when I only had the car for nine days and also charged for insurance that I didn’t need. It took two months to straighten out. So the following is what my last statement was to the rental manager. “So the charge to the insurance company was $236, but they paid you $621. You say you credit me 13 days for the insurance, but that was only because I wasn’t supposed to be charged for those 13 days. You say it was what I signed for on the rental agreement, but that was under false pretense. You need to have your agents explain the high cost for all the unneeded insurance they are charging the customers. You would think after all the aggravation you caused me, you would be willing to credit me for the unneeded insurance. All I can say is that I will be spreading the word about this whole experience. Your company surely does not put their customers first.”
