Their customer service sucks! We laid our dad to rest a year and a half ago. My sister and I are both from out of state and I guess Myrick's thought we were never coming back. We visited his gravesite after 4 months and no headstone. They blamed it on Corona and the fact that "everything slow down here". Fast forward another 12 months....it's his birthday, we go to visit his gravesite, and no headstone. We go back to the funeral home, complaining why isn't his headstone up. We get the run around and they "find " it. In the back somewhere. " We'll get it up ASAP and send you a picture". Here it is, another 2 months later and no picture. Every time I call, they have an excuse...this is ridiculous. My dad was a Veteran and does not deserve this! PUT MY DAD'S HEADSTONE UP!
