I don’t used to make this type of person who complain on the Internet, but this was my first and could be the last time that I visited this place, and i’m so sad about what happened to me today. The man who took care of me was really aggressive, never heard at what I asked for, made my nail bleed inside and outside and just put some strange powder to stop the bleeding. My finger still hurting a lot, and even If I tried to claim they don’t care about what they did. I spent $45 and $20 on tip for horrible nails, horribly service and attention, and a hurting finger!

This nail salon is the best in town! The ladies there are nice and caring. I had some broken toenails and they fixed them and made them look beautiful and now they are growing properly. I recommend everyone, male or female, who would like some maintenance of your nails whether manicure or pedicure goes here. Services:&nbsp;Pedicure

Nail concept is simply amazing. I have flat feet, tiny nail beds, and very dry feet. The wonderful lady working on me was the most patient I’ve ever seen in a nail salon. She took her time and was very gentle with me and recommended what type of pedicure for me to get instead of pushing the most expensive one like some other places do. She did an amazing leg massage and allowed me to read my book peacefully with not much disturbance. Best part; they fit me in same day at a time convenient for me. Fantastic job !

Nail Concept Review I was staying at a local hotel for a trip and needed my nails done due to some breaking. I looked up nail salons near me and I called them to make an appointment for noon. They said that was good and to come on in!  Negatives: -I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time for my service to even start. They even sat a guest BEFORE me who came in after me and she was getting a similar service. Just don’t take an appointment next time if you can’t accommodate it. If you would have said no come at 12:30/1 instead I could have grabbed some lunch instead of sitting there that entire time. -The salon kinda looks like it is in disarray possible from just opening or maybe just reorganizing stock? -No one at the reception desk to greet you when you walk in, so it was a little awkward and confusing.  Positives: -When I went to go leave out of frustration the owner made up for it and came after me to apologize and make sure I got taken care of, very sweet lady. -my nails looked great at the end, I didn’t get the name of the woman who did my nails but she sat next to the owner and did detailed work! -one of the cheapest dip sets I’ve gotten done, I don’t know if that was their normal price or a discount for the inconvenience, but either way, a good price! -the decor looks like it will look fantastic once all set up -I would come again and give them another try if I’m ever in the area again because they made up for the initial bad experience.Service:&nbsp;Dip powder

Do not go to the man. They are very nice and pleasant but he is rough and rushes. I came in with my nails shaped a certain way and stated in the beginning I wanted to keep the shape. Half way through the service he then stated it could not be done and proceeded to change the shape damaging my nail blaming it on what I asked for. I then explained that I was requesting only the tip be sharper and not the entire nail bed but to no avail it was not done how I requested. They knew I was not happy with the service but then proceeded to charge me $131.00 for an overlay and gel pedicure. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Be aware that most of their 5 star reviews are fake. You’ll notice they review the same three places Natalie’s Nails, Nail Concept, and Banh mi tron- CircleT in Vietnam. Very obvious.  My experience was AWFUL. If I could leave no star, I would. I didn’t get the name of my nail technician. He had blood under his thumb. I was grossed out by that but didn’t say anything because I wanted my nails done. While he was doing my nails every time I tried to look at them he would just yell “I’ll do for you later, I’ll do for you later”. Once he was done I tried to look at my nails & he yelled & rushed me to go wash my hands. It was like I wasn’t allowed to look at the work. Every time I tried, he yelled at me. Then he yelled “you’re too picky!” I asked “How am I too picky when I haven't had the opportunity to even look at them?” I was humiliated honestly because he was very loud with me in front of other customers.  Overall the nails aren’t bad from a distance. The entire nail isn’t painted. I just got them done yesterday & they’re already chipped. I also have paint on my skin. But it’s more so about the way I was treated.  Do yourself a favor & avoid this place! Please go elsewhere.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

First of all, most of the reviews are fake. If you check their pages, they comment on all the same reviews in different countries and states. Very misleading and deceptive.  I’ve been here multiple times, hoping for the experience I had the first time. I came here to get birthday nails done and they were great! Not quite what I showed him on the picture but they were still beautiful! One nail broke, and when I came in to get them fixed the lady was frustrated and rushing. There was so much acrylic under the nail and she never filed it down. Figured it was just a one off thing.  Came back for my sisters birthday nails and were extremely disappointed. Her gel was peeling and messy and not what she asked for. The lady just did what she wanted, and kept trying to recommend her do something else even tho she said no multiple times. My nail tech cut me multiple times, to the point I snatched my hand away and I’m not even rude like that but it was bleeding at this point. I told him and the lady at front that he should be aware and I shouldn’t be bleeding from a full set. That’s dangerous for so many people, they need to be more aware and careful. When I made the lady at the front aware, she literally pulled out some glasses to see all 3 cuts up close, then took them off and charged me the same price. I was so shocked, I just paid and left. Well I just got ripped off here. I had never gotten gel nails before and had them done here 3 weeks ago. I came in today and asked to have the gel removed and I didn't know how much it cost because they have no signs up explaining the prices. I believe it was the owner who took it off and she said "Shall I cut them too " and I said "no I just want it taken off. I don't want a manicure or polish. So after she takes off the gel, she continues to file and do everything that you would do for a manicure and I did not know what was included in gel removal so I just kept saying " remember I don't want any polish. " She basically gave me a manicure without polish and then charged me $30. I said all I wanted was the gel taken off and she said no you get manicure. I said I didn't even get any polish why is it $30 and she said if you want polish it will be another  $5. She understood everything I said but I believe was just pretending to not understand so she would make more money. With that kind of deceitfulness I will not be coming back here again. Be sure to ask up front exactly how much something is before they start work on you.

Have been going to this place for a couple months now. And It's a nice location! The nail colors are in books on the counter and It's very easy to me choose. She is skilled and funny. She was so amazing at what she did. My pedis are nice and luxury. Don't go anywhere else to get your nails done. Wish I could give 6 stars!

Went because of the high reviews. Called and made an appointment which was pointless because it was not honored and my party was all treated as walk ins. Nails are ok, kinda blobby. I did not ask for gel polish but she switched them without telling me so I paid for acrylic nails AND gel polish which was not my intention. She also did not do the nail art I asked for.
