I’m tired of coming here. The one day I come in for nail removal they charge $5. Today I came in for removal, she didn’t even soak my nails or do the procedure professionally - she just tore them off with another plastic nail, ultimately leading to her splitting a large chunk of my nail down the side - and its deep. She saw it but pretended not to and brushed it off quickly lmao. But also if I just simply wanted my acrylics ripped off my nail beds, I would have spent the evening chewing and ripping them off myself for free. Even then, I could have gone to dollarama and purchased acetone + cotton balls and done it safely myself. Anyways, they charged me $15 to rip off my acrylics and split my nail down the side. Seems like a scam. Other places would never charge that amount especially after causing injury. Seriously questioning myself for coming in -_-
Staff are attentive and well versed at their craft. I forgot that they have a Tuesday senior special 10% off but they did honor the 10% off that I received on my phone for my next visit. This is my go to place for a pedicure and they always get a kick out of my reaction to anyone touching my feet...grimacing and twitching. The chairs are comfy and massage is always much needed. They always make sure the color has set before allowing me to move and that is much appreciated as there is nothing worse then getting home and one of them is scratched! Staff are friendly and place is clean and welcoming.
Had a great experience getting my nails done here! I got a set of acrylic stilettos, shape is beautiful, attention to detail of the design was top notch and they were very gentle. I can’t stop looking at my fingers, thanks Tommy! Will be returningServices: Acrylic nails
I religiously get a manicure every 3 weeks and have for years. I just started going to this salon a few months ago to follow my manicurist as she relocated. The staff are friendly, polite and very professional in the service they provide and set their sights high on ensuring their clients are happy with the end result. Comfort and cleanliness are also a priority. I have never been or seen anyone not satisfied with their experience. Might I suggest that if you have an issue during one of their services that you address it at the time because I know they will want to know and correct it to your liking. No one should leave dissatisfied and they don’t want you to. Definitely 5/5!!!Services: Polish removal
Went here because I was in the area, and did not wait long. I realized after I left that they didnt ensure all my nails were the same length. Now I have 10 nails all different shaped and sizes. Will not return.. I'd rather drive 45 mins to my usual Nails for You location.
I would’ve given this place a 5 star because tommy did an amazing job on my nails. When it came time for the pedi, there was a big older lady that did my feet. Absolutely butchered my nails. She cut them so short and all of them are completely crooked and round. She didn’t put ANY top coat on my big toe and left a lot of my nails with nail polish on only half my nails. So aggressive and painful and she put my feet in cold dirty water and all the dust from my nails and dead skin she shaved off she put back in the water I had my feet in. I was disgusted! I asked for my nails to be cut to regular size and I wanted them square they are all crooked, some short some long, some round didn’t even ask if I wanted a fill they are soooooooo ugly and round and short. I’m sorry tommy was great but I will not be returning. The worst pedicure I’ve had in my 27 years of years existence. And I’ve now come to realize there are other reviews with the same experiences. If I was the owner I would fire her. People like her that don’t care about their jobs are the downfall to your buisness
Went today for a Mani Pedi. The mani was good but the Pedi was not. She put my shoes on and then put the colour nail polish on. They usually do not do that but I was not impressed. Painting job was not the greatest. Not sure if they are new there but I haven't seen the owner there for a while. Not sure if I plan to go back there
