My child and I just moved to GA from another state where we were patients at another Great Expressions. I want to express that we haven’t had cleanings since 2020 naturally because of covid and our office permanently closing. When getting our initial cleaning it took them 5 hours to get us taken care of. By the time I left I was frustrated because my child missed a lot of time away from school. I thought to myself that maybe it was just a bad day for them. I scheduled my son’s follow up appointment to have some fillings done. For the second visit, I thought I was being proactive by telling the dental assistant that my child had a slight needle phobia so they would be gentle and they made a big deal about it. The first young lady was really nice and ensured me that dentist would take great care, cool. The next thing I know they’re trying to reschedule me after waiting for an hour. I overheard the dentist telling her assistant to get me to reschedule because she backed up and my teenager would take longer to do. At this point I’m ready to leave. When the dentist came in I advised that I heard her whole conversation. The only reason why I didn’t walk out was due to my child wanting to stay. Fast forward I found another dentist to take care of us and she has now has to fix the dental work by GE. Never will I return to this unorganized place.

I  really don’t like dentist to begin with! But man this dentist has made me feel so comfortable and safe! They take care of me always and I’m never in pain, always checking on me while operating. I will always come back to this dentist office because it’s hard to find people who actually care.. these ladies care & do a great job! I highly recommend!

Robin was extremely courteous & helpful. While my wait time was long and was not seen until after my scheduled appointment time, Robin kept me updated the best she could. Earl was courteous, kind, and efficient. Never an issue with office staff / dental assistants when I visit.

After making an appointment two weeks prior which would be on a Monday, I received a call late Friday afternoon.  The essence of the conversation was that the assigned doctor did not want to work on me.  The suggestion was that "perhaps I should find a geriatric dentist" whatever that is or I could get a release for dental work from my family doctor.  Obviously the Monday appointment was cancelled.  Basically, the phone call reeked of age discrimination.  I will not be making any appointments in the future with this organization.  Not only was I insulted, but also I was inconvenienced.

3 tries with a root canal. The first time Dr H told me "the last dentist" that worked on me "left lots of decay". She continued to say that the next 2 visits, even though she was clearly the last dentist to work on me by then. Lots of fighting and negative energy between her and staff. She didn't want to use the crown my other dentist had made because it would not fit on the tooth after she took it down further, but still used the temp crown that no longer fit which fell off, causing me to have another visit. When I finally got my permanent crown, she did not use articulating paper or make any adjustments, asked me to bite down didn't instruct me to grind or anything and was satisfied that my tooth was good. It was not. I sent an email to the corporate office requesting assistance and received no response.

Great Expressions offers my family and me quality dental care with friendly customer service. The staff is courteous and the dentist are professional. For a great dental experience come to Great Expressions!

I arrived at my scheduled appt time and the dentist did not arrive until 30 mins past my appt time. I watched her walk through the front door! I then had to wait another 10 minutes after they brought me back to be seen. I work in the healthcare field and know how valuable peoples time is but 40 minutes past the regular start time is not okay. If the patient showed up 40 minutes past the appt time they would be charged a fee and would not be seen, so why is it okay for the staff to do that to clients. This has been a consistent issue within the past two years.

A dedicated and skilled staff assist Dr. Harandi, who has been my dentist for many years.  The office strives to maintain a warm, friendly atmosphere to take the edge off of a visit to the dentist.

Worst dental experience of my life. Absolutely unprofessional. The dentist nearly ruined my molar even after a return visit because my filling was botched she made it even worse. Had to pay hundreds for another dentist to fix it and she was shocked at the work that was done. Stay away

I just want to say my experience at Great Expression on 12/08/2022 was greater than all others. From beginning to the end. From Michael to LaTeeta to Charleesa to Dr. Shatz, you all are the best.  What a great experience I had with you all! Thank you so so much for you all time and service.
