Got a great deal on a flat oil drip pan. Also got a metal Batman and metal Star Wars clocks. I told my husband I would wait in the car. Got to remember no AAA discount on sale items.
I have a battery under warranty. I called before going there. Said they would take payment over the phone from manufactory company. Get there didn't even bother looking to see if had battery when said they did. Called some other phone number that I did not provide. Would not replace my battery. Gave me an address to another auto parts store which did not even have in stock. But willing to sell me the battery. Even Napa wanted money. Napa went as far as putting it on a cart. Nice people I reckon. Still no battery
Zac I think was his name he is the assistant manager. He helped me right before closing and with his help I didn’t Ben need the part I thought I did. Great reserve! Real auto parts store!
Only place around that could get me a clutch alignment/pilot tool. Found it right away, had it ordered and delivered to the store from the warehouse 4 hours later. Awesome!
The guys there helped me out quickly and their knowledgeable suggestions helped me find the best parts I needed for a fair price. Thanks guys!! 5/5 will be back!
Wasted my time and gas. I called to see if they have a specific transmission fluid in stock, Toyota type FE for cvt transmission. They told they had. I drove 15 miles out of my way because I can’t find it anywhere. The dealer only sells it by gallon and just needed a quart. When I got to Napa they told me they didn’t have it. 30 miles drive for nothing, gas is still over $5 a gallon.

Order a part from them but never came in saying his shuttle driver didn’t bring it but told me it was gonna be in I called in at 9:20 called back at 3:00 still no part so I decided to go to oriellys paid 8 dollars more but at least they had it in the following morning napa auto parts has never lied to me before until now DISSAPOINTED hope they get there stuff in order or I’ll be taking my mobile mechanic business somewhere else
