I stopped into Walgreens before going to work, dressed in my work attirescrubs. I noticed I was be followed and watched by a store employee. Being woman of color, I figured I was being racial profiled. The employee that was following goes by the name of Jason, come to find out he is one of the store managers or supervisors. I will not be shopping at this location again. This is the worst racist store ever

ZERO STARS!! --- ZERO STARS!!!!.....the drive thru is horrible...sometimes it is serviced by an older black haired woman who is better suited to cleaning toilets at a Walmart than in dispensing life-important drugs to the general public. Does not know how to speak into the microphone and I cannot hear what she is mumbling about...and cannot properly dispense the entire order...other attendants know how many different prescriptions I am picking up and I assume I will get the entire order correct, but this lady obviously cannot handle a computer and shorts me on the order, and I leave then have to get back into a long line to finish getting my order, she says she doesnt know what else I need so I show her from the online website that i have another prescription ready...then she goes to get it and gives it to me silently...not a peep of an apology or an explanation....better send her to clean toilets...she is ill prepared for this job.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years and each time I go the service is worse and worse. The attitude from the pharmacy technicians, Vivian in particular, is absolutely ridiculous. She is very condescending and rude. Customers should not have to put up with such behavior. I called and asked to speak to the manager only to be told he was filling in and there wasn't much he could do. I did the survey that was attached to my receipt and asked to be contacted. It is a week later and I still have not heard form anyone. In reading other reviews it seems that there have been other complaints about Vivian and clearly nothing has been done. My family will be taking our business elsewhere.

Vivian from Pharmacy is super rude! I called today to get help with my prescription. She first of all she acted like I didn't get a certain prescription that I have been getting from them for 5 years now. I asked about picking up my prescription from them this weekend and apparently they not only changed their hours to 9am to 6pm they are also not open on weekends! I work form 9am to 6pm in Scottsdale. I asked for her help to let me know which Walgreens had weekend hours and instead of offering to look into this for me she said in a short snotty tone we are all different hours you will need to look it up yourself! Unbelievable! She acted like I was a nuisance! At this point even though I have been a customer of Walgreens for 20 plus years I am going elsewhere for my pharmacy needs!

Came here and Hanna the cashier was extremely rude and literally kept checking my $20 bills like 5 times each that I was going to deposit into my account while literally looking at me disgusted. She literally had the Napoleon Dynamite face while “helping” me out. Please hire employees that actually want to come to work not people like Hannah ‍

Friendly and helpful staff. Love this particular Walgreens compared to other Walgreens in the area.

I would leave zero stars but there was not an option for that! 10 years with this pharmacy and the list of complaints is growing. The store itself is awesome but the pharmacy needs serious work. Rude, condescending and medication mistakes! How many times should a customer have to call ahead to get their refills, be told they will be ready for pick up at a certain day and time only to show up and have the techs say it’s not ready and they have no control! One time they refilled an old script of mine and it was the wrong dose which caused serious health issues for me and multiple expensive unnecessary dr appointments! Get it together Walgreens pharmacy- I work in the medical field and know how all this works! Quality patient care includes you being helpful, accurate and above all courteous

Drive thru testing was a nightmare, girl acted like she has the worst job in the world with her monotone voice that I could barely hear and attitude that made me want to snap at her since I was still trying to be polite despite having a bad day myself. No courtesy in return. I don't know if walgreens have low standards in hiring people or not, but I wouldn't be surprised. Don't expect good customer service from this specific location

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! If I could give negative starts I would!!!! I have shopped at dozens of walgreens, been to several of their pharmacies in different states and this one is by far ABSOLUTELY THE WORST pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I was in line at the drive thru before the pharmacy closed at 6pm and to my surprise once it hit 6pm they just ignored me and the two cars ahead of me and closed! NEVER in all the pharmacies I have ever been to have I ever seen or heard of them just IGNORING CUSTOMERS and not clearing out their line before they leave for the day! I have worked in customer service and retail for 13 years and this is never a valid practice. You ALWAYS have to clear your line before you leave your register. When I went in and asked why the pharmacy was closed while there were still people in line waiting to be served one of the workers told me they have to close at 6pm. I said, even when there were still people in line? And she said YES! I couldn't belive it!! So this walgreens pharmacy will literally IGNORE you and TURN YOU AWAY once 6pm rolls around, Even if you are in line before 6pm waiting to be served. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. I will never spend another penny in this store! Whoever is running this store needs to learn what "customer service" means.
