Since 1978 and now in its third generation, the family of Napa Mountain has been producing the finest organic California bay leaves. As members of the American Spice Trade Association (ASTA), we are committed to best practices of harvest and production combined with personal artisan care. We are the largest producers of California bay leaves in the world; however, the Turkish bay dominates the market. As the third generation of this specialty spice company, we are trying to change that.
