I’ve lived here for just a year now. Sure I had a few issues getting moved in but Howard and Kathleen were so helpful in getting things resolved. Howard and Kathleen went above and beyond to be sure I was happy. They are great business partners to have. To this day they help me if I need something. Honestly I don’t think I would have purchased my house if it wasn’t for them. The community is great where people watch out for each other. Really is a nice place to live.

Reviewing for my sister, Rose Browning. Big shout out to the sales team for your excellent service in assisting me in the purchase of my new home. The park and amenities are beautiful and well kept. The residents are extremely nice and welcoming. Looking forward to my new lifestyle.

A nice community with an awesome club house and pool area. Our Activities Director creates lots of interesting events to entertain the residents. They have exercise classes, art and craft classes, etc.

Great community Howard the sales manager was very helpful when we were looking for a new house to buy.We ended up buying one and couldn’t be more happy Naples Estates is in a prime location close to everything clubhouse and pool are awesome.

The lot rents are in the $900 range per month!! The property looks like it was just hit by a huricane last week, not two years ago! The poor saps that live here have not had any kind of clubhouse for over 2 years, and they are paying the highest rents in Collier County!!

Howard showed us a few houses back in May. He was very rude and unprofessional. Such a shame people like that are in the real estate business!

Do not purchase a new home in Naples Estates! The New homes are beautiful, the clubhouse is gorgeous, and the residence are welcoming and friendly. On the outside this looks like paradise . Once you purchase the financial nightmare begins. Champion who manufactures the homes does not stand by its warranty and Cal Am who owns and manages the park does not complete the maintenance or warranty work they are responsible for. My water bill is $200 a month and they refused to fix it, I received one year free lot rent when I purchased and the price is already gone up even though I've never owed it.The park is very restrictive and does not allow a lot of things. Champion, cal-am and Naples Estates. all refuse to fix the warranty issues and do not communicate with me. I have a home with sagging floors, soft spots, water that has accumulated in the barrier underneath the home which means I'm living on a water balloon and many other major issues that have not been addressed. I have lived here for 6 months and I can not get any action . And the only way you can sell your home is if the park approves of your buyer and allows them to live here. Once you're in your trapped and your subjected to whatever management decides they want to do. There are very little social activities unless put together by the residents On top of all of that they plan on putting in 25 more new homes. My home was brand new and I still cannot get the warranty issues fixed

Sheet elegance. There is so much to do here....quilting groups, card games, billiard rooms, games and puzzles, ceramics with their own kiln rooms, the beautiful ballroom with dinner area, the large swimming pool with lounge area, family picnic area, and wet bar. The furnishings and lighting is so beautiful!

My wife and I are fairly new to the community and will be only down occasionally we live in Michigan but so far so good!! All of the residents we have meet have been extremely pleasant. We , like everyone else, are anxiously awaiting the grand opening of the new clubhouse! It should be fabulous.
