Okay food. Bread before the meal didn't seem very fresh not warm. Kids portions were very small for the price. Didn't get our drinks refilled, or checked on very often. The dessert tasted delicious though!
First time ordering from here, got take-out. Mediocre pizza. Ordered a “supreme”, not quite what I expected. Quite lacking on ingredients. Can’t say about the rest of their menu. Photo included.
This has been a mainstay in Tahlequah for over a decade. They have kept up with the restaurant's interior and exterior and have made many nice enhancements over the years. The service is usually fair to good and the food runs good to great. This particular occasion they were out of soup as it is Summer, I understand soup not being a big lunch item and I had ordered a spinach calzone but received a regular calzone. The food was still delicious and I highly recommend stopping in if your looking for a nice, sit-down Italian restaurant experience.
It was a nice place with a lot of delicious food - we really liked the toast and fried calamari. We ordered lasagna, spinach and chicken breast alfredo and a variety of seafood for four people. I would recommend ordering less food next time because their servings are quite big. Overall, it was a nice place and we really enjoyed it! :D
I loved the Garlic Knots! Next came the the Calamari; yum! Then came the Chicken Pomodoro! Num nums to be sure! Napolis has an excellent reputation and has been a staple in this area for years! So thrilled to have such exotic dining option so hyperlocal!!!
I had the chicken piccata and was pleasantly surprised that they didn't follow in the vein of the other restaurants I've dined at. The sauce was light and fragrant with the perfect balance of capers. The shrimp Napoleon I had for an appetizer was succulent and fresh, and the lemon cake I had for dessert was Devine. None of the food was heavy. Normally if I eat that much food in a sitting at a restaurant, I get ill, but this food left me feeling pleasantly full and comfortable.
Food is great. Sometimes the service is TOO fast...so don't wait to eat your salad as your meal will not be too far behind. Good wine and beer to go along with your meal too. Lot of people worry about seafood in a landlocked state, but their stuff is good.Food: 5/5
Came here for Valentines Day!! It was wonderful, it was very relaxing! I chose the Chefs Favorite and it was perfect! The ticket for two was about $55. I will be returning soon!Food: 5/5
The meal was desperately forgettable. I had the veal piccata, Caesar salad, garlic bread and iced tea. The two stars are for the tea and the waitress. The salad was drenched in dressing, although it was passable as a house dressing. The spaghetti soaked in water too long and had no pasta flavor and easily fell apart. The veal was the same texture and thinness as overcooked liver, not the soft texture one would expect for this price. It also tasted a bit sour apart from the sauce so I’m a little suspicious about its freshness. The bread was dry and did not appear to be house made. I asked about the piccata sauce, which was flavorless, and was told it is also made in house. The sauce was missing any tartness and was thickened with too much cornstarch or was over heated from a bag. I had such high hopes from the rating. Perhaps a less ambitious choice would have been better.
Good food! Definitely more authentic than we are use to... You can still find yummy cheesy things or change your sauces. I got the tortellini with red and white sauce mixed with added chicken. Mine was good and hot! My husband didn’t expect his to not be cheesy and it was not as hot as mine. The dish was made correctly, he just expected cheese. The bread is delicious! We like when it melts the butter. We both got full and will be back... Our waitress was friendly.
