Absolutely unfortunate experience. We ordered pizza online went to pick it up waited in line at the drive up window waited a good 20 minutes the lady working acknowledged you at the window and ignored you. We called to let them know there were people at the window lady answered and hung up. So then we got out of line went and parked and went inside . They were not busy they only had one occupied table. We were at the counter and someone was calling she picked the phone up and let it hang and walked away. And then started to say they were short handed and refused to give the managers contact.
Went for lunch buffet on a Wed afternoon. GREAT service and reasonable price. Buffet was replenished frequently and everything was plentiful.
More interested with visiting with friends from the drive through window than the customers waiting in line. Cheesy bread not cut and pizza cut very unevenly. Had grandchildren saying someone got a bigger piece than the other one.
7/13/23 after 6pm I was given the absolute worst customer service experience in this location's history ever. The female carryout employee is in EXTREME need of more training immediately. Shoulder shrugs and meek "Ida knows" are not the best replies to inquiries.
Update: I recently moved to Tahlequah and I still count on this location they don't disappoint. you guys. I use the app and order ahead of time because I come from about an hr away. My food is always fresh and prepared exactly the way I like it. The crew here is amazing.
They are friendly and approachable. One of the few restaurants in town I can go to and not get treated like a criminal
Very nice and polite waiter. Never had to call for refills on drink, she was very attentive. Food was great. Really enjoyed my pizza.
Order using the app was easy. Got home with a super good pizza. $12-13 use the app deals!!! I'm glad they didn't cut it in squares like the app tried forcing me to.
My friend and I stopped here while on vacation. Was the end of July A lady named Terri assisted us. She was so pleasant and helpful. I just couldn't stop think about her great customer service. Wish more people were this friendly. Thanks for a fun stop and a great meal. Food was so good I can't wait to stop in again next time we pass through
They were so understaffed and out of some toppings we wanted on our pizza.
