Nashletics is a physical fitness facility located at I-65 and Wedgewood. We help people reach their weight, aesthetic, performance and overall health goals.

Description

Bettering members' lives through health, movement and fitness is what we're all about. Our goal is to create a positive atmosphere and an exemplary experience for members. In short, working out shouldn't have to be a task, but rather a place where we get better one day at a time in a positive and supportive environment.

It's of utmost important that we create a great experience for our members and those in the community to get them better everyday. We do this with varied workouts, great coaching and a clean, inviting gym. There's a science to our program and there's extensive research behind our experience.

I joined Nashletics via the 6 week challenge. I had absolutely no clue all the amazing benefits that would come from it! I had joined several gyms before but this is the only gym that I have actually looked forward to going to for several reasons:1 awesome classes that are great for any fitness level from beginner me x 1000 to advanced. 2 Amazing coaches that are there to help and push you to be the best you can be. 3 a great and easy nutrition plan to follow! 4 soo many more!!! Honestly one of the best decisions I have every made.
I recently completed the Nashletics 6 week challenge and lost 26 pounds in six weeks! Not only do the results speak for themselves, but I had an awesome time with the workouts, the friendliness of the staff and members, and all the helpful information this team provided for me during my challenge. I enjoyed it so much that I joined the gym and still love coming to the workouts here! I’d highly recommend anyone of any fitness level to give it a try! I did after being absent from the gym for over a year and it was the best decision I could have made! Thanks Nashletics!
I started my fitness journey back in 2012 with a personal trainer as I trained for my first half marathon. From there, I completed a full marathon in 2013 by training on my own. I was never one to like lifting heavy weights. I was always just simply running and eating whatever I wanted because I thought that simply running would make me healthy. I joined Nashletics in July of 2018 after having a baby in 2017. They provided me with so much more than a place to work out. They offer so many different types of classes, it is incredible! They gave me structure with nutrition that was catered specifically for me. They provided me with support as I transitition through this season of life. I am beyond thankful for the coaches and the members who have become friends. Thank you from me and the foundation for my family's future.
When I saw the Nashletics six week challenge, I took the plunge without really knowing what I was getting myself into. With this program, I received an intro course into cross fit and general lifting super helpful, a structured meal plan crucial, and great friends that have pushed me. After the challenge, I went from 13.5% percent body fat to 7% and also dropped about 15 pounds. Since the challenge, I feel stronger, healthier, and empowered to be the best me that I can be. I actually look forward to my workouts each day! Nashletics is much more than a gym; it’s a community. This community has helped me achieve and has helped me celebrate goals throughout my time here. The coaches are also FANTASTIC. The coaches not only help you understand how to properly workout, but they also help you to understand better your body which helps 1 correct posture; 2 achieve maximum gains; and 3 prevent injury. The coaches also regularly check-in to make sure you’re meeting your goals and are always there to celebrate your accomplishments. I’ve joined different CrossFit gyms and exercise programs over the years in DC, Chicago, and Nashville. Nashletics stands at number 1.
I was unsure of what to expect when I started with Nashletics in February 2018. But now, I'm so glad I'm now a part of the community. The 6-week challenge was a great jumpstart for me to get back on track with taking care of myself and gaining more confidence in what I could do physically. I can't say enough about Mark and the other coaches. They all have found their own unique way to encourage you and push you to be better each day. I love the place and look forward to going. If you’re looking for great workouts with knowledgeable instructors AND a great community...Nashletics is the gym for you.
Starting this off by saying I’ve never been a “gym” person. The furthest I ran was to the fridge. All that changed after I participated in the ‘6 Week Challenge.’ Nashletics isn’t just a gym, it’s a community and a resource. Gaining healthy eating habits and learning how to be the best version of yourself, physically and mentally, are two of the many factors that got me hooked on Nashletics. Mark and his team of coaches are motivational, honest, and supportive. Nashletics isn’t intimidating! Instead of adding to my anxiety, the classes, coaches, and other gym goers actually helped relieve it. I never thought I’d look forward to working out, let alone miss going to the gym. It’s exciting to not only see your progress, but the progress of those around you. I can’t say enough great things about Nashletics and the environment that has been created there!
I was drawn to this gym by the 6 week challenge but stayed not because of the weigh loss or non-scale victories, but because of the people, the friends I made, the encouragement I received every time I walked in the door, the community vibe and the sense of self worth I discovered. I’m 34 and a mom to a toddler and had zero workout regimen before the challenge and honestly didn’t feel great about my health but all that changed once I joined the Nashletics family. I’m not just doing this for me, I’m doing it for the people I love and the other members and coaches totally get that and support it. I can’t imagine a better workout community to be a part of.
Nashletics is legit. I took on the 6-week challenge after gaining weight from my wedding. In high school I lost 100lbs on my own over twelve months. Going into the 6-week challenge, I thought I was a weight loss pro... The 6-week challenge blew my mind - I lost 30lbs in 6 weeks! The coaches are awesome, and everyone’s attitude is great - from other challenge members to veteran gym members. Everyone was very welcoming and encouraging no matter what point you are at on your weight loss journey. You got to start somewhere, and there’s no better place than Nashletics!! Thank you to all the staff and members!
Absolutely obsessed with this place!!! Initially, I was only going to support my wife on her fitness journey during her 6 week challenge, but her challenge became mine as well. This gym met all of my physical fitness needs and aspirations based on individualized programs. If you are looking a coaching staff that creates a family gym culture and environment judgement free? Look no further, Nashletics is where you need and want to be!!!!!
