National Car Rental

I had a reservation to pick up my car at 3pm. I got there at 3 and nobody was there. I called the number on the door, and they told me someone was coming soon. I called multiple times over the next two hours and received the same false hope that someone was coming. 5 o’clock came around and they closed. Nobody ever came. I wasted two hours of time and wasted a lot of money on an Uber to get me to this pickup location, and then home from that location. Missed my business trip. Thanks for nothing.

Brian at the Stamford, CT Sherton hotel is hands down the best manager. He needs a promotion now! I love everything about his service, which is why I continue to book at his location. He continues to show exceptional and professional service. He is the definition of putting the customer first. Very proactive in making sure the vehicle class I booked is available. As an executive elite member I appreciate that my booking is always ready when I arrive. He communicates Clearly and is able to resolve any issues or concerns. He has shown great leadership in his work. I definitely would like to recommend him for a promotion. He deserves it.

I love this location. Brian is the best manager. Whenever I book a reservation he calls ahead of time to confirm and to make sure the vehicle class that I booked is available for selection. The manager Robert and crew Michai, Michael were excellent. They did not rush when I went to pick up my rental. They are very knowledgeable about the vehicles. They ask questions to help better serve your needs. I love this rental place. I travel from NY to rent from here.

Proactive staff who called me ahead of time to confirm pickup details. Office is a bit small, but they got through the line of customers faster than most other National locations I have been to. Car was clean and delivered promptly.

I was just looking for my review of this spot & it was gone? Anyway Brian is the branch manager he’s always there it’s covid, & he truly makes sure everyone is taken care of, he’s amazing and I’m so lucky to have rented a car from this spot when I needed to!

This office has been closed the last 2 times I have tried to rent from here. Must be a staffing issue but I had to cancel this most recent rental as a result.

Every time I rent from this place I get there and no one is in the office. This time the place looks deserted. No one there. Call the number on door. No answer.

Great prices and location. Awesome customer service and car selection. Always has a minivan/SUV which seems to be hard for this region.

The woman woman who helped me Jemma? Was outstanding, so polite and eager to assist me.
