Rented a car for my husband. The car was nice and clean. BUT...Got 3 separate charges, and had to file a complaint to get my money refunded. Will be waiting as they do not issue refunds.

I absolutely love National car. Their process out of many has been the easiest. You go in, take about 5 mins, they tell you to go outside pick your car, you get in and drive off. So simple and easy!

Best car rental experiance ever.  Stranded in Denver do to storm and canceled flight.  Was able to eaisally get a care and pick it up on the Emerald Isle without even talking to an agent or waiting in any line.  A blessing since I had just spent 14 hours in the aiport for a canceled United Flight they did not get a good review.

Rented for the first time real good deal for a van and also staff at the airport are super friendly.  Real quick service and everything went very well.

I've been using National Car Rental for a couple of years now at several different locations and they have the best prices, best mobile app, and best service I've encountered. They make everything so stress-free and simple while traveling. Their employees are always helpful and their airport shuttle service at LAX was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

My experience was great and I want to make sure that the person who helped me with my reservation pick up is aknowledged.  His treatment of me as a customer was extremely helpful.  I arrived 5 hours after my intended pick up time.  He was able to help me with my reservation and change the pick up time whiche helped to reduce my cost.   His attitude and service was just a reminder of why I choose National Car Rental and why I am working with my company to set up a national account for our employees when they travel.

I am so disappointed with this location. I left something in the trunk of my rental and I called the next day to get it back and they said that they already rented the vehicle out. I know for a fact that it was in there. They said they cleaned the vehicle but they absolutely didn’t. Every time I rent a vehicle from them there is trash/drinks under the seat.  They need better management at this location that doesn’t yell at the customers and actually tries to help them.  I won’t be renting from them again. :

Always a quick and easy transaction renting a car here and also with a wide selection. The staff is friendly and they always make me feel safe and secure. The vehicles are always spotless and in top condition. I would give them a 10 if I could.

I always rent from National Car as they are very supportive of their loyal customers. I always have the best experiences whether during the very easy reservation process, during pickup w very fast selection, or during the return process where it is essentially drop the car and leave.

When I picked the car here in Bakersfield AirPort, the Van was dirty on the outside where I had wash it when I got home, as I started to load luggage I rolled the seats under, there was too much sand, rice, chips hair, Taco Bell wrappers.  I had to vacuum the entire Van.  This is the second time this happens at this location.  I love the the discounts that NR gives as an Emerald Member.  The other locations I have used in the past are very clean with their vehicles and only once have I experienced choosing the vehicle I wanted.  The Bakersfield location needs supervision.
