Ben and the staff are most wonderful to work with. My father purchased his plan years ago. When my father passed Ben and his team took over from there and provided the services my father paid for in the kindest way possible. Never good to say good by to a loved one however this team lovingly makes it much easier. Thank you so much for all you have done for our Baker family.
I have been treated with kindness. People have been very nice and considerate.
They handled the passing of my mother with dignity and kindness. They made the process as helpful as possible. I recommend their services to any that are considering this option.
Our family has not had a good experience with this company-specifically National Cremation Service of Tigard, Oregon. The lady helping and completing the paperwork for our Mother, quit. At this time, we should already have Mom's ashes and her Death Certificate which we paid for but we are still waiting as of March 29th, 2023. Hopefully National Cremation Services "Sister Company" in Happy Valley, Oregon will follow through to help us. This has been a disappointing and stressful experience.
It has been my intention for several years to make arrangements with Neptune Society but kept putting it off. My mother had their service and it was so easy, one phone call and everything was taken care of. Finally made my call and spoke with Kyndra. She was very easy to work with, had all the information I needed and I felt very comfortable talking to her about my arrangements.
Brittany Macintosh is a treasure! We already recommended her to several family and friends. She is very responsive, professional, caring...just a wonderful representative of your organization. We feel really good about purchasing the 3 plans and not just 1, as we initially intended. Brittany Macintosh is an asset to your organization!!!
Was a little concerned at first in that I had initially attempted contact with the "Neptune Society" for pre-arrangements my late parents were members according to my brother. So when a company by a different title contacted me I was concerned about being scammed. Everything was handled by Kyndra in such away as to relieve me of those concerns. Add to this the receipt of information and goods were very prompt.
Very Un-pleasant experience. From the Very first call when my Dad passed last July , to just Last Week, when a Gentleman named Russ was supposed to call. Even had a "Set" phone appt., as per someone in his office Carol who set the time, next day Wed. between 10-1. Since this guy Initiated this contact Originally, I Do Not appreciate the LACK of a return call. I feel that MY time is Just as IMPORTANT as His, so waiting for the call that Never came, unbelievable! Our Entire Experience with this company is Bad. No redemption in sight. My folks bought 2 prepaid plans and I really REALLY ,Would rather Not have to use them when my mom passes, but I've no choice.
Because of my age and and wanting to make my passing easier on my daughter I was actively thinking of a cremation service to be a good thing for me to do for my family. My parents both bought services years ago and that make my decision to do the same an easy decision. I now can feel more comfortable as i age.
Given that this was a possibly very difficult time, I can't say enough about how helpful and kind and caring the staff at NCS has been. Russ Hendrickson has kept me apprised of all steps, gave me access to sources for help in related matters, and just was kind and caring.
