Everyone at Young’s were so kind and compassionate during a very difficult time.  My beautiful Mom passed unexpectedly and I live out of state. We were able to take care of everything without me having to be there in person. The communication was wonderful and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to guide me through this process with all the tears and heartache I had.  Thank you Jasmine!

Thank you Indira and Amanda!!! Our family experienced an unexpected and monumental loss. Naturally we're experiencing grief and a sense of urgency all at the same time. How do you plan a service and honor your loved one during a time when social distancing and family gatherings are impossible. We knew we needed some guidance through this planning process, and called Young's Funeral home. I called with an abundance of rattled questions, and Indira was so patient and compassionate with us. My husband and I met with her days later, and greeted at the door nonetheless. Indira spent the time we needed to grasp next steps and put together a beautiful service to honor our loved one. Even better, she was responsive throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience and one that we could be at peace with. They also readily made it possible to include our loves ones to join the funeral service on Facebook Live. It made it possible for our relatives around the world to feel present. On top of that... Amanda who was our Director the day of the service, extended such a kind gesture by dressing our mother in her traditional Indian Saree. All I could do was provide the clothing, the jewelry, and a link to a YouTube tutorial of how to wrap her Saree. She did an impeccable job!! She was kind and patient with our many requests, she personally recorded the entire service and was readily  prepared for all the things you don't think of. Thank you ladies, you truly touched our family and we thank you and Young's Funeral home for your professionalism, your guidance, and your generous support.

I needed some information about an upcoming Viewing for a dear friend and called Young's Funeral Home. I spoke to a woman named Jenna. She excels at being understanding, compassionate and respectful. Jenna answered my question about music with a bit of humor, which got us to laughing. At times like these, humor can be invaluable. One other factor that made this experience as positive as possible was Jenna's patience; through our entire conversation, I never got the feeling of being rushed, even when I re-asked questions. I appreciated that more than words can express.

BRITTNI was absolutely amazing handling EVERYTHING for our Mom's service who had suddenly passed away. We had used Young's when our father passed away as well in 2018. At a time in need Brittni was beyond a blessing helping us with each step. Brittni is kind, considerate and such a delight to deal with along with accommodating in every way. It felt like family with her warm personality. Feeling the whirlwind to deal with the unexpected Brittni truly made us feel comfortable in knowing things were alway handled. Every email she responded! Thank you Brttini!! Allison our celebrant was another blessing to humble us with such honor of our Mom. Allison's  kind and warm personality was the best match Brittni selected for us. Allison put in effort to get to know our Mom through us and deliver a service that was special. Lisa took care of the service design that was beautiful!!! Thank you Lisa for the spirits of Mom in the room. Claire helped out again the service with her kind personality we appreciated her hard worktops! This whole place you won't be disappointed, they care and take their time with effort to help you through this difficult time! My sister and I both truly appreciate Young's!

Every inteaction with the pprofessionals at Youngs was compassionate, thoughtful and sincere. They responded to my questions quickly and checked in often. I shared Dignity Memorials 24 hr free counseling service with family members, including grandchildren. It was appreciated and will be utilized in the months ahead.

Young's was amazing! So compassionate and caring. They made sure everything was handled exactly as requested. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They removed all the stress associated with Mom's final arrangements. I highly recommend them!

My mom is in hospice and I needed to transfer her cremation insurance from California to Oregon. Jenna, at Young’s funeral home, took my call, listened to my problem, and said she would call me back. Less than an hour later I received a call from Jenna saying everything was handled. She took care of all the paperwork and phone calls. This is such a stressful time for me. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for her follow-through and efficiency. Her actions relieved me of so much worry. Jenna is a tremendous asset to her employer.

I would highly recommend this chapel. The first time we ever lost someone so close in our family -was papa. He has lived a  full life. This place was so perfect for him to feel comfortable. Erika and her team has done amazing work to help me through everything with the arrangement process in such short times. The service was beautiful planned out and I felt my dad was very happy. Thank you youngs funeral home team . You done an  amazing job
