Plenty of machines available and fairly clean facilities. Bathroom is to be avoided if it’s ever open; be aware of used syringes. I do like their card and reward system.
This is by far the BEST laundromat I’ve ever used in Dickson! Amy is absolutely amazing and professional. The bad reviews on here are from a bunch of crackhead heroin junkies who are just mad that they were kicked out. Thank you, Amy, for making sure we all have a safe and clean place to do our laundry.
It's not the worst place to wash and dry clothes but the customers are rude like really rude and I haven't seen any employee here in over a month. It also doesn't have enough seats for people to sit. You also aren't even able to use the bathroom because of no employees ever being present to unlock it. I'm surprised the place hasn't been robbed yet.
It costs just as much as the Laundromat up the street and it's dirtier and no workers. They keep the bathroom locked. That needs to be stated on a sign on the front door.
The place is filthy. Very dusty and unkept. Roach infested as well. Machines smell moldy and there is buildup on them. Clearly not cleaned or maintained for a while. Wow…
Good clean place to wash your clothes ,only there's a few homeless guys in there but they are very friendly and helpful ,,,bad thing is they lock the bathroom after 5 so if you have to pee you gotta go somewhere else
Considering that the guy that supposedly cleans up at night was very disrespectful and showed a text from the lady Amy who supposedly runs the place. Where she cussing people out and being very unpersonal. I don't recommend this place at all
This laundry mate has made improvements since 2017. Better carts. Better notes posted by management for customers awareness about changes or needs. It's nice to have entertainment machines while you wait. The w/d machines can use credit/debit or coins. Overall....good experience.
The owners and employees are always so helpful and pleasant...Always clean!! Everytime I'm here you will always see an employee cleaning..
