The customer service I received from both Brad and Racheal is outstanding. I told her what I wanted and she had just what I was looking for. The process was so smooth and was done in a timely matter. The delivery process went extremely well also. Brad was very helpful. Definitely go back to these guys if I need to!
I have never had a problem with getting something from there when it was national rent one or whatever it was called I forgot, that's why I went back to get my TV.

Giving a shout out to Brad and Lamont at the Mattoon store. They delivered my mattress/electric bed, and electric recliner over the weekend and provided excellent service. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure that everything was set-up and working properly before they left. Highly recommend this store!

They are a friendly group of people who are willing to help in any way they can to get you want you want or need. I went in to the store today to make a payment, I was a day late, I'm never late, and they didn't even comment on that fact. Rent One employees are just great and very helpful. I have rented from them for over a year now, have paid off 1 item and working on paying off 2 more, almost have 1 more paid off..... Rachel is pretty cool!!! Kiddos team!!!!! Love the Mattoon, Illinois store.
Well where do I begin. Ummmm well the process of everything was fine. The day they was supposed to delivery the sectional I picked out. They didn't deliver. So I called an asked bout the sectional. I believe his name was Joshua, said I failed to be give full info about something an I said what do you mean an he hung up. So if I could give zero stars I would. Because I had the money for the sectional, I had giving him all my info he needed, I had gave him my card info an everything else. He was very disrespectful. I just moved to Effingham in November so I was trying to at least get a couch. Cause I'm tired of sleeping on the floor an sitting on the floor. I gave rent one a chance cause everyone said rent one in Mattoon will never fail you they are amazing. Well thanks for failing me with no explanation

The management team and employees are genuinely helpful if you ever need it. The prices are a little much, but that’s not their fault at all. They help you when you need it, are understanding and extremely polite and professional in everything they do. I’m very grateful for the quality and quantity of their services!
