I spent approx $10k for stem cell injections on hip and knees..none worked. Spent additional $2k for prp facial/vampire facials with no results. Waste of $$$$$Services: Vampire facial

I am sad to be writing this review and giving a 2 stars. I gave them 1 star because the facility is clean and they always used new towels and sheets for different sessions. I gave them another star for their worker Noel who was amazing, kind, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Everything else was not great. Martina is a sales person who is nice and great at getting you to buy. She was there for my first appointment for the measurements but then never again saw her. She was suppose to be there for my last appointment to take my measurements and talk about my results but I have never heard back from her. Point of my review.... The Emsculpt and TTT DONT WORK!!! Save your MONEY and just get surgery!! But thank you for the experience :

Cutting edge treatments delivered by wonderful people. Martina is the best and really takes time and explains all of the options to you schedule your consult with her! Judith is simply lovely and manages to keep me smiling in the midst of a few zaps & zings : all the while delivering effective treatments. I've had great results.

Was excited to try out the stem cell injections in my knee and after researching a few places i was happy to find someone in Capitola that was the same group as the place i found in Palo Alto. Unfortunately I was so disappointed in the lack of professionalism I was shown the day of the injections. Showed up to get the shots and the doctor performing the process left the ultrasound in his car and couldn't get a hold of his wife to bring it. He should've rescheduled, or I actually should have walked out and rescheduled. I spent a lot of money to do the procedure and I've had zero relief. I think it would've had better results if they had used the ultrasound and not "manually" done it because knees were "easy." I've had no communication from this group on checking in how it went other than to try to reschedule and try to get more services out of me.

Prices are reasonable for laser hair removal. Specialists are amazing
