What is floating?
Float therapy is a powerful tool for wellness, relaxation, pain relief and a better night's sleep. As with any therapy, the benefits are enhanced with regular use. Though flotation is an effortless therapy, the body and mind actually learn how to relax into the float with each session and we encourage guests to return to floating more than once and to receive sessions on a regular basis to maintain and experience all of the incredible benefits.
Why float?
Floating in a super saturated solution of Epsom salt and water frees you from the sensation of gravity, temperature, touch, sight and sound.
