Excellent place to purchase high quality vitamins and natural supplements. Well staffed with helpful and friendly employees. If you don't see what you're looking for, ask an employee they may have it in the back. Great store!
I would consider Natural Healthy Concepts to be a boutique of health supplements and services. They have a large variety of supplements on the shelves and even more in back. Their staff is very eager to answer your questions and search their computers for products not on the shelves on display. Plus they have consulting rooms. The prices are in line with other stores like this.
I ordered online until I realized their store was near me. So I'm a fairly new 'walk in' customer. Everytime I've walked into their store there's someone knowledgeable to help me.
I’ve been ordering from them for years and I get fast service. The orders are always accurate and their pricing is very good. I highly recommend them.
After placing an online order I stopped into the store to get information on the promised discount. The clerk told me that she was not able to look up my order. After asking additional questions she was able to get the information and I did appear in the system.
When they say fast shipping, they really mean it. The price was great also, and free shipping! I will be using them for my health needs!
The staff is always more than willing to help and very knowledgeable.
I was very impressed upon walking into Natural Healthy Concepts. The staff was incredibly friendly and insightful with their knowledge of Gluten free products they had on hand for their celiac customers. I purchased the Gin Gins candy to help with nausea and upset stomach and was given some samples of some digestive enzymes and some activated charcoal! They have a huge selection of options for everyone and the staff took the time to listen to my dietary needs and was happy to help. Will definitely be returning !
Natural Healthy Concepts has the best prices on any health supplements yiu may need.. They carry many of the popular manufacturers herb, vitamin, toiletry, cosmetic, hair care, etc.products that are chemical free and organic. The team of practitioners are there for any questions and help. I have saved over $1000 in supplements and homeopathic products in the past 3-4 years. I am on a detox program from my local Dr and I order all my supplements through Natural Healthy Concepts because their prices are better than my Drs. for the same products.
UPDATING: want to thank NHC for the personable and genuine customer service noted below in reply. I did end up placing an order after I read this note first appeared on yelp, and everything has been perfect since. Faith restored and customer loyalty gained. I just tried to place an online order. Item listed as in stock. Received error re: processing payment, but none of the buttons worked on that web page. I finally went back, started over, and got the same error, along w non-functional link buttons to review the info they mention in error nothing is highlighted or specified. After another few minutes, i eventually ride the browser’s back button to a screen that allows me to reach customer service, where Dan informs me that the item is out of stock....”but the smaller, more expensive version is available - would I like him to place the order for that, instead?” Me: “Only if I can get it for the same price/oz.” that was a no - not surprised. When I asked if they’d be willing to expedite shipping upgrade free ship from regular if I waited for the original item to be restocked, that was also a “no.” Ok. So, I hope i am wrong, but the whole experience felt like a huge pain-in-the-buttocks bait and switch. I have never ordered anything from this company, but I was just about to make an $85 purchase - one item - and that is a lot for me, especially these days. The product is that good, but I just can’t afford to risk it. Sorry nhc, but you lost my faith and my business. Probably not even a blip on your radar, but it is discouraging to me, considering all the glowing reviews.
