Margie was extremely accommodating. My mother had surgery in a Panama City hospital and even though they were at capacity, they went out of their way to accommodate us.Rooms: 4/5

Good place to stay, pleasant waterfront access, but what really is deserving of the five stars was the owner, Millie. She was incredibly friendly and working with her was easier than any park I've stayed at yet. We even finalized the booking over text message because I had spotty service.

This is a wonderful place to stay and the best thing I can say about it is it feels like home to us. Would recommend this park to anyone, short stay or long stay. Millie, Pyper and Steve make this a great place!

Very nice boat launch with ample parking close to the Tyndall bridge. A brand new pier has replaced the one that was destroyed by hurricane Michael. There are also covered picnic tables and the area is dog friendly. A good place to fish the grass flats for speckled trout and redfish.

In my experience with Nautical Point RV park having lived here for over a year is absolutely positive. I live here with my family and it's a very safe community. The RV park is excellently maintained around the clock. Owner and management are absolutely fair and easy to work with. Hospitality is definitely 5 stars. Great people live here. Accommodations are top notch. Couldn't ask for a better safe place to be raising my kids. Owner has taken care of me and my family with anything I may have needed. Truly family oriented. The only negative review about this park is at most a very false statement seemingly with the intent to slander and defile the name of the owner without any truth or evidence of such claims.

I have been staying here for about four months now. The staff here is exceptional. Every time I need anything they are ready and willing to help. Not to go into great detail.......they will literally give the tires off their camper in order to help someone in need! I have about two more years here in this area and I don't see moving to any other RV park! They are great landlords and friends. The RV park is clean and well organized. The view is amazing. Great dock and fishing too! Thank you for everything you have helped me with!

Not a lot of spaces. Everything is right on top of each other. Rent is kind of high. And very strict rules on camper requirements for being in there. She demanded the unit had to be a 2015 or newer to be accepted and this was in 2017. That's kind of harsh. But she was very friendly.

By far the best RV Park in and near panama city! Right on the water, pet friendly, accommodating and clean. They make you feel like family. Close to Panama City area as well as Mexico Beach and Port Saint Joe's. We loved our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Millie!

The owner and staff at Nautical Point or so welcoming and accommodating. They provided a safe and quiet home away from home. Very military friendly and perfect location for my stay near Tyndall AFB.

Enjoyed living there for 3 months but the hurricane brought out the greedy side of the owner and manager. I arrived to campground night before storm and he would not move trailers blocking entrance so I could move my camper. I then waited for lot to be cleared after storm and because I was not able to make the 6 hour trip to get it out the day she wanted, she moved my camper and several of my things including all hook ups, a car carrier etc weremissing that were still there the week following storm. Dont trust her
