Around 5 yrs ago they were amazing. But now they are over worked, and under man. My daughter has came here for yrs. But after our last experience, ive been looking for a different dentist for my daughter. So apparently the normal dentist wasn't in and my Doctor's appointment was for a feeling, so a man came Over and told me that the normal person that works on your daughter's teeth isn't here so I'll be doing her feeling. I was like, oh okay? So I looked at my daughter and asked her if she was okay with that she said yes mommy so the same man that came over, he sits down, the Assistant comes over, and this man is just flat out, rude to this woman to the point where this woman is in tears. Mind you, she holds it together while He's being Irritated, and rude with her, he has his hands in my daughter's mouth. he get to the ponit were he stops and walks away. I look at the lady and she lost it she started crying. I asked her if he is always that aggressive when he has his hands in a child's month, sadly she said yes. I asked her if she was okay, she said yes and tried to pull her self together before he came back, she told he is the owner of this place. I asked is he a dentist she said yes So he comes back, mind you his attitude had not changed infact it got worse, with this women and the other women around him. At this point, he tells me, everything I need to know about the feeling he put in my daughter tooth. I say okay Go out to Schedule the next appointment for my daughter While we're standing there, my daughter says mommy my tooth. She spit into her hand and it's the feeling that he had just put in her mouth. I tell her to open her month, and sure enough it's the feeling. I look at the women at the desk and she tells me that I can schedule another feeling of I need to. Like what? We haven't even left and the feeling already came out. Not to mention that the dentist is aggravated and Irritated with everyone in here no don't worry about scheduling another appointment
Used to be a great place to go. After the 2020 pandemic ended they have gone hill really fast. I really loved the fact that I was able to make an appointment for all 3 kids at the same time. However, it just seems to be more of a hassle because they "are understaffed". If you're understaffed, then why do you keep making numerous 8am appointments if you're not able to see the patients when it is their time? This last time, they canceled my kids appointment, didn't bother to call to make sure that was okay. Said they would call me back, but it's been almost a month now and still no word from them. I've tried calling and all I get is a voice-mail and no return call. So frustrating.
The Staff here are so pleasant, EVERYTIME we have an appointment. My 10 year old actually LOVES, LOVES, LOVES to come to the dentist! That speaks volumes to me, to the character, pride, and commitment instilled in the staff. If you are a parent, looking for an excellent dentist, I highly recommend Salisbury Pediatric Dentistry, you will not be disappointed. They genuinely CARE about their clients and the children get a popsicle when they leave. Melissa Cunningham
I had a dental cleaning scheduled for each of my daughters for 3-months because I have two girls & asked for appointments back-to-back, the day of the appointment they called 30-45 minutes before our scheduled appointment to cancel. I was told they would call back to reschedule the appointment, but almost a month later I have received no return call & have left several messages. This appointment is one of probably 5 that had been rescheduled without notice. This is by far the WORST scheduling I have ever experienced.
Scheduled an appt for both my children 2 months agoafter calling repeatedly, and leaving numerous voicemails over a month. My children were supposed to have an appt 8/22 so I called on 8/21 to make sure everything was still good and confirm what all we needed to bring just to find out they cancelled their appts 2 hours before I called them because they put down the incorrect phone number so they couldn’t verify that we were coming. Just because we live in NC DOES NOT mean I have a 704 area code! Now the soonest appt is in JANUARY!!! Piss poor service to say the least!
My kids have been coming here for several years now and we absolutely love it! Everyone you come into contact with is great. I have two teens and a 3 year old and they all love this office. Every dentist I’ve ever dealt with has been great with my kids, but Dr. Uday is their favorite!
It's incredible, the first time in my life I hear that there are appointments in 5 months. omg! terrible. I will find another place. Don't spend time. I waited 2 days for them to call me, and they tell me that if they receive new patients, BUT, the appointment after almost 6 months.
Do not waste your time. Made appointments just to have them cancel them through text. I called five different times and left messages to have them call me back to reschedule and never once got a call back. They claim staffing issues. Then don’t overbook!!! And don’t ignore your clients.
My daughter is terrified of the dentist, but Ms. Britnee and Dr. Adamson were FANTASTIC. They put my daughter at ease and talked her through every thing they did! 10/10 recommend. Was fast, caring and communicative! Highly recommend them!
My recent experience here was horrible they have really went down hill with customer service and availability. They canceled my girls appointments the day before due to a staffing issue and then I called back and left 3 messages to reschedule and they never returned my call. This was not the first time they have not returned calls and forget about getting them on the phone it will always go to a voicemail and never a returned call. Very disappointed we have been going here for a long time and they dropped us for no reason. I hope they can get back on track.
