Amanda, the hygienist is always friendly and caring and today was no exception. She worked hard and did an exceptional job. Dr. Tibbs was quick and professional and pleasant. No one really “enjoys” a semi-annual visit to the dentist, but the staff at Dr. Tibbs’ office make it as enjoyable as possible, all the while providing top dental care.
The staff from the receptionist, to Dr. Tibbs was very competent, and efficient during my appointment. Wait time was very short, and I was taken back for my cleaning, and X rays. The hygienist was through, and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Tibbs, and his staff.
Dr Tibbs’ practice is very efficiently run. His hygienist is very thorough. There are no long wait times when one has an appointment.
I've been to Dr. Todd Tibbs a couple of times now. He has always been very informative about what he planned on doing. In addition he actually listens to what you are saying to him. He is very good at pulling teeth and reasonable in his prices. He is very thorough and a fantastic dentist. I have referred a lot of people to him. He has always come through for me. Thank you so much. His staff is also very warm and kind as well.
I have been a patient of Dr. Tibbs for 10 years and have yet to have anything less than a great experience. I've always received quality treatment, expeditious service, and respect. His entire team is professional, friendly, and helpful. His practice is also very accommodating; they have worked me into their schedule for a same day visit with only a few hours notice on more than one occasion. Last, his practice takes advantage of new technology, like the ability to make crowns in office while you wait. I'm impressed with Dr. Tibbs and his staff, and will continue to refer him to others.
There is a warm, friendly atmosphere which prevails throughout Dr. Tibbs’ office. The entire staff is well-trained and very quick to listen to your concerns. Dr. Tibbs is an excellent dentist who takes his time with each patient making one feel relaxed and in good hands. I went from shaking in his chair at the beginning of our journey to being totally at ease with whatever needs to be done. If you are looking for an exceptional dentist, Dr. Tibbs is for you!
I am completely terrified of the dentist, and get really bad anxiety. Everyone was so nice and made me feel relaxed and made sure I was completely numb before starting anything! Will most definitely be back for other work I need done in my teeth.
By far THE BEST dental experience that I have ever encountered! Dr. Tibbs and Suzy and staff are exceptional in everything that they do! I'm just amazed at how awesome everyone there is. Loved the way Dr. Tibbs took the time to explain the options and helped make my decision easy. If you're looking for a truly caring and terrific dentist, Dr. Tibbs is definitely the one!!
I went to the dentist after 4 years embarrassing, I know and found out I had 6 cavities, the first in my entire life. I was mortified! Dr. Tibbs and his staff were so quick to get me scheduled and reassure me that everything would be seamless. My appointment was at 11:00 and I walked right in and was out by 11:59. All 6 filled in under an hour. It was remarkable. Dr. Tibbs was so quick, yet precise that it made the process so smooth. I am so happy with how things went and I will definitely be going to Dr. Tibbs for all of my dental needs!
You couldn't ask for a better dental experience than to make an appointment with Dr. Tibbs. Marla, Suzie and Amanda are three of the sweetest ladies you would want to deal with. Their personalites are exceptional. If you aren't having good experiences at your dentist, you should consider giving Dr. Tibbs a try. He is very thorough and explains all your options so you have a very good understanding of what to do.
