Neal Family Dentistry DDS PC

I love this Dentist. The Dr. is great and the staff is wonderful. However I was very disappointed when my circumstances changed at work. There was a mix up on my insurance and long story short the insurance should of paid for the work done. But for whatever reason they didn't and I got tired of fighting with them. So I had an astromonical bill. I couldn't pay the whole amount so I'm paying faithfully on it monthly. Because I believe they should get their money for the great job on the work that they preformed. Eventually I developed an abscess on my gum. I called the Dr they gave me an antibotic thank goodness. But I was told that the Dr. could not see me unless I came up with the balance from my bill which is still over $500. They understand that the infection can go into my blood stream and become dangerous, But still could not see the Dr unless I came up with the balance. I was shocked and disappointed in this matter. SInce I was paying every month. I believe if someone is taking care of their bill even if it maybe slower then they want, and if you develope an infection they should help you. Well, needless to say I went to another dentist which they had to pull my tooth because not only did I develop a bad infection, my tooth was cracked in half. It’s sad the a dentist is more concerned about money than the health of a patient.

For the most part, my first experience with the "new" Neal Dentistry was pleasant. One concern, however, is the time waiting on Dr. Mike to check me out after the cleaning, etc. I waited 25 minutes was going to walk if it went to 30 mins before he approached my chair. Overbooking appts. seems to be going on as I've heard this from others as well. Nevertheless, nice to meet you Dr. Mike!

Fast, friendly and affordable!! Dr. Jane Neal, whom I've been going to for the last 5 years, is both personable and professional!! She can also perform small miracles when it comes to your smile!! Her staff is dedicated, efficient and always greet you with a smile and I've never experienced a flaw in regard to their insurance claim filings or their billing!! Family dentistry at its finest!!

A crown came off Monday evening and Tuesday morning I was able to get an appointment. Dr. Vandello and staff were able to clean and put the crown back on the tooth at my Tuesday appointment. I feel very fortunate to have received service quickly and done well. I would reccommend Neal Dentistry to anyone.

I was somewhat skeptical about going to a new dentist today because I wasn't ready to see someone other than David or Jane, but Dr. Mike was very nice and professional. He was someone you knew the Neal's had hand picked to carry on their business. As much as I hate to see Dr. David and Jane retire and leave, I am so happy they can and get on to a life of travel and enjoyment, Thanks for all the great years and for leaving us in caring hands. Thank you and a huge welcome to Dr. Mike Vandello!!

I went to see Dr. Jane with a problem tooth. She took x-rays and informed me the tooth could not be saved and an extraction was necessary. Since the office was going to be closed the next week for vacation, she made time and completed the extraction. That evening, Dr. Jane called to make sure I was not having any problems. This staff is type of service is what keeps loyal customers returning. Thanks to all at Neal Family Dentistry for your caring and proficient service. You make going to the dentist a pleasure.

LOVE and APPRECIATE Dr. Jane @ Neal Family Dentistry! Her calm, yet cheerful demeanor is always a pleasure to be around, while her 'inform before perform' rule helps ease my concern about going to the dentist. Over the years, I have went from 'petrified' of going to the dentist to looking forward to seeing Dr. Jane again. Neal Family Dentistry is trustworthy, clean and welcoming.

I absolutely love Neal Dentistry!! I have been going there since I was little with my dad. At one point I went to another dentist in town and had a horrible experience that will probably stick with me forever. I went back to Neal Dentistry and I couldn’t figure out how I could ever go somewhere else again. They’re friendly and so kind. Also, they let me know step by step what they’re doing and consistently asking if I’m okay. 5 stars and 5 thumbs up.
