Very impressed with my recent visit to Stonecreek Dental Care. I was a patient years ago but moved away for a couple years and came back. They welcomed me back with open arms and got me in for an appointment extremely fast. The office ladies doing the scheduling made it all a breeze with the paperwork and insurance. Polite and friendly are understatements for describing the staff’s demeanor. Everyone I spoke to from the assistants to the technician Cassie, Dr Gupta, were very informative, helpful, and caring of mine and other’s needs. Cassie made sure her assistants were learning at every step of the way, which I thought was exceptional. If I were in the dental field I would want someone like Cassie showing me the ropes. Stonecreek is a great environment all around! Couldn’t recommend this place more for your dental needs
I always have a good experience at Stone Creek! All the staff is usually wonderful. Yesterday, however, I left less than excited. The doctor wanted to perform a procedure, and told me he would be able to do it same day. I told him I would need to see what the cost was, and he told me if my insurance wouldn't cover it and the cost was too high, he would work something out with me to be able to get it done... Well when I went to get my cost breakdown, insurance doesnt cover any of it, and the cost was far too high for me to pay out of pocket. I told the woman what the doctor had said, and she basically shrugged her shoulders at me. Didn't say she'd speak to the doctor, didn't do anything. Just asked me if I've heard of care credit. So needless to say I left without my procedure.
This place has always taken care of me. They have always found a way to take care of me and my teeth. Doc is super honest and has always looked out for my best interest. Paige Is awesome, always takes great care of the family and I. Paige is kind and makes me feel comfortable. Kelly gets me scheduled for what's best for me!
The entire staff were so kind, patient, and professional. The dentists did an excellent job at my extraction. They took their time and was patient with my anxiety. Team work was amazing here ! The entire staff worked together to give me the best care. Definitely recommend
WORST experience in a dentist office I have ever had since Aspen Dental! First off, I sat in the office for 45 minutes at my FIRST time being there. During the 45 minutes I listened to the very frustrated lady tell them that she had an emergency appointment at 4pm that no one knew anything about. I can only speculate that they gave her mine, which was supposed to be at 4pm, then I listened to them rudely tell a lady that she couldn’t go back with her young daughter. After that I continued to listened to the very young front desk girls talk about their plans to go to the gym. I finally get noticed that I’ve been sitting there so long in pain, and I tell them I’m done waiting. They begged me to come back the next day and left me a voicemail. So, I come back in the next day at the 11am appointment time. There in no one in the office this time. I hear them talking on the phone to someone else about how they don’t even have that person in their system…. MORE CHAOS. When I finally went back the female took my $147 X-ray, which the dentist never even used. She was great! He stuck a cold q-tip on my teeth to determine which one was the culprit, but he failed to pinpoint. Now mind you, I’ve just recently been to MY dentist and I was confident in which tooth was the problem. I was there to begin with because I didn’t want a root canal, and preferred a dental implant. This jerk dentist determined that he didn’t want to do my work unless I first drive all the way to Columbus to spend more money. Basically, just giving me a run around to waste money. If my options were Dr. Hadar, or pull out ALL my teeth, I think I would learn to eat through a straw..lol Just go anywhere else and save yourself the time and hassle.
I have had two poor experiences back to Back. From 2 hour wait times to someone changing the time of my appointment not notifying me I will not be back. The receptionist had very poor customer service and spoke very poorly about other patients to her co workers as I sat in the lobby. Apparently a man had two tooth extractions and had called in complaining of pain so she felt the need to “rant” about how annoying his phone call was. I had been informed on two different visits that my insurance was expired. However, after each time they were able to miraculously find active coverage even though they had stated I would be self pay.
The hygienist tried to force me to leave the room while my already anxious 5yo, who has separation issues, got x-rays and then got upset because my 18m old who was in the next room with my 12yo while the x-rays were being done, threw a fit. Once the x-rays were finally done, she said can you go tend to the baby now? As if I was just ignoring my child for no reason. Then when it was time to schedule follow up appointments, I was told I can no longer schedule all 4 of my kids at the same time, even though I’ve done it this way for 3 years now. I explained I am a single widowed mom, group appointments is the only way I can get things done. She told me it was “policy” and it would be shorter appointments so it would be “easier” on the baby. Literally the only time the baby was even remotely disruptive was during the less than 5 minutes it took to take the x-rays. When I told her I wanted to speak to the office manager, I was ignored and ushered out the side door! So I went back in and asked to speak to the office manager. She was also very dismissive of my issues and my treatment and called me a liar when I said I was basically told to bad about needing to schedule appointments all together.
The dental assistant was amazing. She was very kind and chill which made me relaxed. Dr Gupta is fantastic and as real as it gets. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.

It seems to be that everything is more expensive and more frequent scans to eat up insurance cost. I’m not happy with todays visit but will not detail the reasons and only say I left without work done due to prices of work. I feel if there is a will to work with someone that’s in a lot of pain there should be options. Anyway the office may not be able to control that part of the business.
