The staff at Needham were all very caring, helpful and compassionate. It’s really difficult to plan a loved ones service all alone with no family support but Amber was a God sent, she was there for me every step of the way. She didn’t mind helping me change the obituary at least three times or fixing my grandmother’s hair more than once to my likings. Amber also showed her support at burial time. Very grateful for her and all of the staff during that painful time. Elizabeth, Joseph, Dan and Amber were all very helpful and made a difficult time easier. I also think it’s very nice and thoughtful for them to continue checking in just to make sure you are doing well after we say our final goodbyes to our loved ones. Thank You - Destiny Lamb
You all were amazing! Ben, you make a hard job look easy. Thank you for handling the details, and walking my kids through the process of planning their Dads funeral with compassion and kindness. The service was so nice and Rev. Mansbarger's eulogy was beautiful. I LOVED the we were greeted by your staffed emotional support dog when we arrived. He and his handler were both a big comfort. Elizabeth, thank you for the many times you reached to check in on us and ask how we were. I don't even have words for how sweet that is. Thank you ALL for giving our loved one a beautiful goodbye. You really do have a fantastic staff.
Elizabeth was very helpful and compassionate while we were planning my Aunts funeral. They clearly explained the process in the planning, the actual funeral service, and priorities after the funeral in notifying social security, pension plans, and insurance companies. At times like this you don’t know what you don’t know. They also have support services available. If at all possible, I would encourage everyone to pre plan. Even if it is written down for another family member.
I’d like to take the time to let any or all know how wonderful Needham Story was to me and my family during our tragic loss of my husband. They were kind, sympathetic and sincere. Very helpful through the whole process! I would recommend them for any all those in need!
We have used NSW for the services of my mother, sister and father. They have always been professional and kind in our family’s time of need. Going thru the inevitable process of death is always a horrible time in life but if you trust your loved ones services to NSW you won’t be disappointed. I had a great experience with Needham-Storey-Wampner when my father passed away this spring. Jason was our funeral director and was available and responsive to our needs. There was no pressure in the purchase of the funeral package and necessary services, and the cost for a traditional funeral and visitation was much less than we expected. We have always entrusted our family’s care after death to NSW and highly recommend their services.
Ben was wonderful during the planning stage and very accommodating and helpful. We were able to get everything we wanted and needed for the showing and service and able to add on a few items at the last minute. Everything was explained in detail and he was very helpful with insurance company as well. He made everything so easy during this time and made suggestions that made the showing and service personalized and meaningful! Thank you!
My fathers funeral was planned in advance and I would highly recommend this . It was so great not to have to go over all the arrangements while grieving. Needhams Wampner Story did a great job and they handled all our needs with the utmost respect and kindness .

All the personal at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service were so helpful and kind during preparation for our mom, Helen Shigley's funeral. Anything we needed, or questions we had were answered and taken care of immediately. We simply loved the framed 5 picture display of our mom! We all ordered one. The staff stood by ready to assist with everything at both viewings, the funeral and later at the grave site. They promptly filed all the paperwork for the Death certificates, and with Medicaid, Medicare, Life Insurance and any other organization needed. That took such a load off our shoulders! Our whole family was pleased with their attention to details. Twenty one years ago they also assisted us with our father's funeral. We would highly recommend Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service to anyone! We appreciate them so much. Beth Shigley Perkinson, for the whole Shigley family
