From the beginning of our journey Mick helped our loved one make his funeral plans. Mick's voice was soothing, he answered all the questions with certainty. We felt very comfortable that he took our wishes to heart. When the day came our loved one went home, the staff was caring and respectful guiding us through the "hard part." Taking into consideration our feelings and tears. At the funeral home, we were very happy with the way they took such good care of our loved one's presentation. And the after care of his family. Reaching out to us and asking if there was anything they could do to bring us peace.

We have utilized this funeral service for several family members over the years. Recently our mother passed and we expected the same great service and were not disappointed. The entire team took great care with our questions, our requests, and lovingly cared for our entire family through each step of planning mom's service. We have a large family and realize that this can sometimes be difficult to manage for a funeral service, however, they did a great job of keeping everyone informed, the lines moving and yet giving us the respectful time we needed. Recently I experienced planning the funeral arrangements for my husband. Since I was taking care of him I thought I should preplan my own as well. The staff at Needham Storey Funeral Services were so wonderful. They had such patience as this was a very difficult time. They answered all my questions and explained everything in great detail. Unfortunately my husband took a turn for the worst. He passed away and more planning had to take place. This time they were dealing with a lot of family members. Once again nothing but patience and understanding. The funeral took place just as I planned and I was so happy because it was such a beautiful service they helped me plan. I am so happy with my decision to see Needham Storey Funeral Services for pre-planning and the ultimate service itself. The other staff was also very helpful. Tish at the front desk was so helpful. A consultant visited me within several days after the burial to provide me information for discussion groups who met to help dealing with grief. I would highly recommend this respected local company in my city for any of these services.

They treated the surviving family with respect and comfort during this time of sadness. The presentation video brought out the highlights of my father's life and sweet memories. The services were great. They did a great job on my father's final appearance. After everything was done, they made sure the surviving family was doing OK and offered comfort.

I have been very impressed with them. They helped with my mom over 4 years ago and my brother in September. They were so helpful and compassionate. I would highly recommend them to help you with a loved one!

They were professional, respectful, and kind throughout the process. They even stopped to pray with the family just before we watched them carefully and respectfully take my grandmother away.
