Medications for each person who arrived were discussed in the lobby. I was uncomfortable with the lack of confidentiality. Different information regarding the program was given on the phone than in person. I was looking for more guided weight loss whereas this is just an injection store, and the nurse practitioner advised that diet guidance could be found online that part isn't the 1 star, just not a fit for what I was looking for. She did provide some search terms that may help me locate diet guidance. I met with two different ladies and each recommended a different set of expensive shots, each disparaging the other recommendation causing significant concern over spending money on them. I will say one of the ladies made the argument in favor of her side by stating that the other medicines didn't work well because people didn't stick to a 750 calorie diet, which I definitely would not be able to do and do appreciate her talking me out of spending $450 on that. I notice all negative reviews are met with what was wrong with the customer, which I think is telling and aligns with what I experienced in this very expensive learning experience.
Recently had my first Botox visit with Lauren and I’m so happy with my results! Lauren has a very light touch, and a soothing bedside manner. I’ve used Botox for years and this was the first pain free experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Lauren and all of the staff at Neighborhood Wellness Clinic, they are skilled professionals that positively impact our community.
I have been in menopause for a long time and have never had correct treatment of my hormones. After being tired, not sleeping and having a hard time keeping weight off, I decided to go to a hormone specialty clinic. I am already noticing a difference just after one week.

I have had exceptional results from the treatments I have received at the Neighborhood Wellness Clinic. Far above my gratitude for the results is my gratitude for the care with which those treatments were delivered. The staff is professional and friendly and obviously caring. I recommend them and this center to any and everyone who might find their way to this healing place.
Everyone here is great and friendly. I came in wanting to be healthier and lose the weight I gained during the pandemic. They helped me get from 210 lbs to 144 lbs currently. I'm still working on getting down another 20lbs. But I know they are the ones to help me achieve it.
I had been to this clinic once before. I verified all and costs and fees up front to find I owed more in the end. I knew I needed hormone therapy so I decided to try once more given I work in a medical facility myself and every place deserves a second chance. I called ahead of time to get prices on injections. I was told one price then get in and find that the person I spoke with “quoted me wrong.” Then after being told I needed full lab work I then again asked the fees and was told it would be filed with my insurance. At the end of my appt I was charged “ hidden fees” that can’t be filed with my insurance when I literally just asked before hand how much everything would be. The lady who initially told me the wrong info got upset and told me that she’s throwing away my lab work and I won’t be seen there again. I would never recommend anyone to get involved with treatment without knowing all fees ahead of time. A place so shady deserves what’s coming to them. I will be glad to take my business elsewhere where honesty and patient care come first.
I receive the hormone pellet at NWC. My experience has always been very pleasant, helpful, and supportive.
The staff at Neighborhood Wellness Clinic are always polite and cheerful! My appointments have always been met in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to everyone!
Lauren was such an excellent provider. Always very kind & friendly & when I received my testosterone pellets, the shots to numb the area hardly ever hurt compared to my new provider.
