The Nelson County Health Services Foundation was established to provide financial support for equipment, services, education, and other capital projects relating to health care in Nelson County and surrounding areas.
* NCHS Foundation has been responsible for raising over ONE Million dollars to benefit the Nelson County Health System which includes the Hospital, Care Center, McVille Clinic, and the Lakota Health Center.
