Yes, they know their tools and how to use them, but the language barrier is a major issue. I asked to keep the front long and back trimmed, but the front to them is the immediate front. So essentially, the further two thirds are abysmally shaven down. Moreover, the areas that remained intact were the areas I pointed to and not the areas I verbally stated. “I want my hair to stay THIS length pointing to the areas which length was what I wanted to preserve” they only kept the parts I had my fingers on and everything else was gone In addition, I was charged extra because they felt the need to do additional shaving. You’d think a French poodle cut on a guy is enough to ruin his day, but pair that with something even a doggy connoisseur would turn away from. I felt that enough damage had been done but they had already whipped out the razor and cream and were already going to town. If you see someone whose hair looks like a wig, wave at him and I’ll surely wave back.Service: Haircut
