Really appreciated my experience renting from this company. They were kind, professional, and flexible with me. Not only that, but the vehicle and trailer I rented were in terrific condition and were obviously well cared for. Plus, they are a small business which always feels better supporting! I plan on renting from them in the future!
My first time using their service and everything went great. Andy and his wife are truly professionals. Very humble, courteous, and accommodating couple. Price is average but the service Neo provides is unmatched. Would highly recommend for your car rental needs.
We needed to rent a wheelchair van so that my mother in law could attend a wedding in New Philadelphia and I was skeptical a van rental agency in a rural community could help us. NEO went above and beyond to make sure we had the right van and spent a lot of extra time with us so that we would fully understand how to operate the lift mechanism. We used the van at multiple venues over three days with great success. The van was newer, spotlessly clean and easy to operate. I also appreciate their straightforward approach. No high pressure sales pitch or up sales. I look forward to working with NEO again soon.
100% recommend NEO! I cannot say enough good things about NEO van rentals! So friendly, and so professional! And the van was absolutely spotless clean, and we'll maintained. I honestly don't think I will ever use the run of the mill corporate rental place like enterprise or budget ever again. We stumbled upon NEO van rentals by chance, and I am so happy we did! We needed a large van for a photography trip, out of state and they were able to accommodate us on very short notice. They made the paperwork super easy, and even helped us with some insurance questions we had on our insurance policy. The location is in a beautiful rural area, a bit far from major cities, but 100% worth the extra few miles! I highly recommend if you are in need of a rental, you head out to NEO van rentals! They saved the day. Thank you again so much!!
Preparing for a vacation can be stressful enough and when the need arises to rent transportation to fit a larger size group, that stress level can increase as well. You can eliminate that extra stress by contacting NEO Van Rentals. I contacted several rental agencies but could not find a van that met my size, price or availability. Then I contacted NEO Van Rentals and what a fantastic experience I had reserving a van from them to meet my needs and expectations. They are the best. They have a fleet of modern, well equipped, well maintained, clean and comfortable vans with a price that is unbeatable and sizes to fit your needs. They are very courteous, professional and absolutely serious about accommodating their customers needs. They even allowed me to leave my vehicle at their location so I would not have to shuttle or car pool to return the van. The drive to Dundee from my home in Alliance was not an inconvenience either as the price was so reasonable and the scenery on the way through Amish country was rewarding. Please! If you're looking for a great experience in renting a van and want to skip all the problems and high prices, Look no further than NEO Van Rentals. I highly recommend them. The vehicle was spacious, clean, fully loaded and ran absolutely perfect for the long trip to and from my vacation. I will never rent from any other van rental service other than NEO Van Rentals.
Top notch service. So glad we stumbled upon NEO Van Rentals when we took a recent trip with our large family! Their rates and service were significantly better than all of the other rental companies we looked at and compared. We loved the 15 passenger Ford Transit van and were able to rent it for less money than a suburban at any of the commonly known rental companies. Definitely worth the short drive to Walnut Creek! Our 6 kids even gave it two thumbs up!
I cannot say enough about this company! We had rented a 15 passenger van from Enterprise 2 weeks in advance and when we went to pick it up they didn't have it. At the last minute we were able to get hold of NEO Van Rentals and they stayed open an extra hour to give us time to get out to them and then not only provided us with a van, but this van had more cupholders, charging outlets and a lot more comfortable than what we would have received from Enterprise. They even removed a seat for us to make room for our luggage as we had a family of 7 driving to Florida and back. They were not only pleasant and easy to work with but went above and beyond for us. In the future when we require a large van again, we will not waste our time with any other companies! This is the only company to rent from!!
A wonderful rental service! My company used NEO Van Rentals for a tour we were doing this spring. Spending 24+ hours in a van has honestly never been more comfortable! Their fleet is current and well-maintained. The managers/people we interacted with from this family-run business we're a great balance of personable and professional, and were very helpful in meeting our rental needs. Only cons in my mind were with the location: slightly tight on parking space, so for large groups it was necessary to carpool to the rental spot, and it was pretty far out from the highway, so a bit more difficult to navigate to. Beautiful scenery along the way though.
I had a phenomenal experience with this company. I recently rented a 15-passenger van to take my youth group to a conference. It was clean and spacious. It ran incredibly well. The best thing about NEO Vans is their ability to keep your vehicle on site they are insured. I was able to drive to their location, rather than have someone else drop me off. The only thing that was less than perfect was the lack of Bluetooth connectability in the van. This was a tiny detail, since we were able to get an FM Bluetooth adapter to work just fine.
