The Neptune City Fire Department was established in 1899 and proudly serves the borough and its residents. The department responds to a variety of emergencies and partakes in many community events.
The Neptune City Fire Department responds to any emergency that it is requested to do so including motor vehicle accidents, fires, alarm activations, and rescues. The department is 100% volunteer and responds 24/7 365 days a year. During major events and storms, the fire department is staffed and ready to respond at a moments notice.
If you are interested in joining, you must be atleast 14 years of age to join the Fire Department Cadet Program and 18 years of age to join the Fire Department itself. To inquire about joining, feel free to stop by on the first monday of the month around 7 pm or contact Neptune City Borough Hall.
To respond to any emergency in the Borough of Neptune City and surrounding towns when the department's services are needed.
