From the first phone call to the last contact with Neptune it has been a very easy, although sad journey for out loss. Todd made everything so easy. He was available when I had a question and always kind and considerate. I highly recommend Neptune Society for your loved ones.
We couldn’t have been happier with the service of Neptune. They stepped in and handled everything right when we needed it most. They took loving care of mom and were very respectful. Robin was so supportive with our family…we couldn’t have asked for more during this tough time. The whole Neptune team has continued to check in…making sure there is nothing we need- 6 weeks after moms Passing. Thank you for everything.
Not only did Mark come to my house he worked around an ever changing time frame.. Iur family has been with Neptune for other members, the respect and dignity they gave our loved one was beyond anything could ever imagine. For complete worry free end of life preparedness Neptune is in my opinion the only way to go!
If I could leave 0 I would. The funeral director Todd was horrible, he did not follow my father’s wishes and complicated things. Todd did not follow up after payment was received, we had to call for him multiple times to get an answer about what was going on. Communication was very lacking and made for a terrible experience! Urn mailed to the house instead of having a selection to choose from at funeral home was a first for my family and it was extremely disturbing. Would not recommend Todd or Neptune to anyone! Made grieving process even harder.
Neptune offers a great product and we were particularly pleased with the resources and help they offer at the time of our need. We were also very satisfied with Diane: her expertise, experience and knowledge, and her compassion. all in all, we have felt extremely satisfied and reassured with their help with end of life planning.
My husband and I chose Neptune Society to take care of our cremation many years ago. And when he did pass with Alzheimer’s, they made it easy and were so caring I couldn’t have asked for a better service. The continued support that they offer is so appreciated.
My mother and father-in-law purchased their "snooze boxes" through the Neptune Society and after asking a bunch of questions, decided my wife and I would do the same. When my mother died not long ago, she had made arrangements years ahead of time not with Neptune Society and it was vastly more simple for my brother and I to not have to make decisions and rack up more bills at that vulnerable time. With that in mind, an organization like the Neptune Society offers simple and straightforward pre-arrangement solutions to help reduce decision anxiety along with financial burdens family members might incur otherwise. If you are wondering 1 how this process works, those at the Neptune Society can answer any questions and 2 whether you should make pre-arrangements for your family...do it!
Unfortunately I've had 3 close family members pass away in the past 3 1/2 years. In all 3 cases we used the Neptune Society for our loved ones cremation services. They were excellent in all 3 situations with honest guidance and kind service throughout. I would recommend them highly.
Very fast and efficient. Good immediate communication as well as follow up. Death of a loved one is not something you think about on a regular basis. When death does occurs all the burial / cremation logistic complications become apparent. Neptune Society handles these logistics in a very efficient and professional manner.
Neptune Society is the very best I’m so glad I picked them. They are compassionate patient and truly caring I would recommend them to anyone who really cares about their family members.
