Very professional. Nice facilities. Much less expensive than expected. And they took care of all the technology. We sent a bunch of photos and a list of songs, and they made the slideshow happen. It was perfect.
A huge thank you to Allen with Conway Griffin Leggett! He was amazing! He went above and beyond to make this very difficult time as smooth for our family as possible. I cannot say enough good about our experience. He and his team were very professional in every way.

My initial meeting with the Funeral Director prior to the passing of my mother was a good one. I felt my decision to once again go with Griffin Leggett Funeral Home was the right one. After the passing of my mother and the issues that occurred, I definitely had my doubts. We had used Griffin Leggett back in 2001 when my father passed and at that time, I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a very difficult time. I can't say that regarding this experience.
Honestly, Allen Taylor was so incredibly helpful, supportive and proactive while assisting with the administrative mazes of losing a loved one. He went out of his way to make sure we understood the processes, and that everyone involved was being held accountable and doing things correctly for us. He saved us time, money and a lot of frustrations and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs assistance during such sensitive times. Thanks Allen!!

Allen did a great job helping us when my father passed. He kept me informed every step of the way and patiently walked us through the process. He was professional and attentive.
Allen Taylor, of Griffin Legget in Conway, could not have been more kind, considerate, or determined to make sure that everything we needed was taken care of after the loss of my husband. He went above and beyond what I ever expected. He'll never know how much his efforts meant to us and how appreciated he is.
The Director assigned to me 1 missed the deadline for the Sunday funeral information in the paper and never contacted me to let me know. 2 did not put my husband’s picture nor his information on the Griffin Leggett website in a timely manner, he never contacted me to let me know. 3 He suggested that we have the viewing at 9 a.m., the food, funeral and burial. Which was ridiculous. 4 He copied and paste the website information on to the program with all of the information that was not applicable for the day of the funeral. 5 There were multiple misspelled words, font and spacing issues. 6 My husband’s hands were stuck up in the air above his body in the casket 7 despite my concerns the manager of the Conway Griffin Leggett location has not contacted me I encountered far more stress with this service; it was the same place but a different director. The director matters.
I don't know where to even start from start to finish all the staff was outstanding. I lost a grandmother Jan 2020 and March 2021 and they done and absolutely amazing job. If I could give 50 stars I would always willing to help and so respectfu. My grandmas last wish was to be drove in her drive way one last time and they made it happen backed her up open the doors to let her spirit fly high and placed a pot of flowers at her front door. I will forever be thankful for Griffin Legget and all they do. Thank You so much from the bottom of our family hearts. My God Bless each and everyone you for years to come.
