Was not happy with the way my mother looked and they did not have the respect to include family wishes. Just because there is an executor of the estate does not mean that you leave out families wishes. It still was my mother's money that paid for this funeral home to do the things that she wanted. In any funeral that I have been to they respect family wishes regardless of misunderstandings.
Mike and Faith were very professional and compassionate. Dad had made arrangements years ago for himself and Mom with another funeral home. We decided to use Vilonia Funeral Home when Mom passed. They handled that transition for us. We are planning for them to handle our own arrangements. I appreciate all they did. They are like family to us.
Mike and Faith went out of their way. We had a military service and they set up everything. They also advised us of benefits to apply for. They were very compassionate and kind through the whole process.
Vilonia Funeral Home knows how to combine professionalism with compassion and caring. Mike and his staff supported us, not only with funeral arrangements, but with providing information on what other order of business would need to be taken care of. There was no high pressure sales. You quickly forgot you were in a place of business but instead felt as if you were being cared for by friends.
Mike was very polite and cooperative with us. He took time to show us everything without pushing us to buy stuff and make sure things were how we wanted. He even called us after everything was over to check on our family and see how things were going. I would definitely recommend Vilonia Funeral Home for anyone looking for friendly, supportive and comforting service in such a hard time.
The services provided by the team at Vilonia Funeral Home were exceptional. Mike and Elizabeth made the entire process less painful. Mike’s calm demeanor helped ease the difficult task of having to cremate your son. They have a wide selection of options which allowed us to chose a box that suited my son perfectly. The craftsmanship of the wooden box was superb and artfully designed. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. They provide compassionate and professional care during a difficult time. I cannot express the gratitude I have for Vilonial Funeral Home.
Mike and Sue were very helpful not only during the funeral process but also helping my mother with pre-arranging her own service. Mom's service was a real celebration of her life.....Thank you to Vilonia Funeral Home for making this most difficult time a little easier.
These wonderful people were there for my family during our time of need & took excellent care of us! From the prompt care, the precise attention to detail, & the planning of our Mom's memorial, they did their very best to lighten our burden & I could not be any more thankful for Vilonia Funeral Home!

The people at Vilonia funeral home are very nice and respectful people , they are professional and they make sure you have a good experience with them ..I would deffentally recommend them to anyone or refer them to anyone ...
