The sudden loss of a love one was overwhelming. Unsure about how to navigate through all of the details. I am so thankful for Nancy at Rosewood. She was patient and so very kind to help answer my questions every time I called. My situation was unique because I had to travel from out of town. Nancy helped provide a quick resolution to take care of all of my mom’s belongings. I will forever be great full that she was there to support me through this very difficult time. Rosewood made everything possible were friendly, family like, my mom was out of state, immediately went to making calls to get her home. They made sure it was all professionally done, Nancy took care of my mom’s and my needs. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. Samantha Dixon
The entire staff at Rosewood was so great at the passing of my dear sister Rita. Losing her was such a shock to us all. I’m so grateful we chose Rosewood to do her services. Richard and Genia of rosewood crematory in conway,has provided myself,my family and my deceased brother,with the most professional way. This came unexpected. My family has used Rosewood Cremation 3 times and 2 just within the past year 2022-2023. These people care and it shows. I would recommend to all my friends and family.
The entire staff was unbelievable. They walked me through everything as if I was a friend that needed help. I was never rushed or pressured. I felt so at home and welcome. 5 stars is an understatement. The facility didn't make me feel sad for the loss of my mom. I was able to celebrate her and honor her life with all my family and friends. Highly recommend Richard Neal for not only being so kind, thoughtful, and helpful but his facility was amazing. This place could be used for a wedding even or a family gathering like we had after the funeral. Spacious, crisp, and clean.
Rosewood took care of my mother and my mother in law.They were so great with them.And they were wonderful helping us during and after the service.We would recommend them to everyone to use.
