I appreciate Neptune Society and how great they were when my mother passed away. All I had to do was make one phone call that took 4 minutes and everything was taken care of. And I mean everything. They even ordered the death certificates and sent them to me with the remains. I know when it's my time, Neptune will take good care of me for my family. Thank you so much Neptune Society. This was such an incredible thing that my dad decided to do when he made his arrangements through Neptune Society several years ago. That thoughtful decision made everything incredibly simple for me at the time of his death. It was so helpful not to have to think about arrangements at that time. It was all taken care of in a very professional manner by Neptune Society. He passed away in Fort Worth, TX, and the Fort Worth Neptune Society staff were so kind and patient. Excellent experience that everyone should consider.
Each person we spoke with at Neptune Society were very caring and compassionate during this most difficult time. They shared with us the different products and services they offer. They listened closely to what our wants and needs were. They then provided exactly what we had in mind at a reasonable cost with no rushing us or trying to sell us something that we didn't want or could not afford. I will highly recommend them to anyone in need of the service they offer.
The Neptune Society was absolutely amazing from the respect that they showed my family, and the care and respect they showed to my father's body. They even put a flag over his body for transport. They have been in contact every step of the way letting me know exactly what is going on, and when it going on. I will definitely use them again if, and when anyone passes away. Also they have an amazing payment plan so that you can pay your plans out. On behalf of my family I would like to tha k everyone at the Neptune Society of Fort Worth for all of the amazing work you do!
Neptune Society was a hidden gem for myself and my family. My grandmother did not have plans for her death nor did she have the financial preparation. So we were so thankful when we heard about Neptune. Lezlie was great and the entire team has been so kind to check on us and follow up. Definitely an eye opener and a life changer. Thank you all so much!
Neptune Society is a wonderful organization to deal with. Marlys was the most compassionate, caring person. When my husband passed away it just took one phone call. They simply took care of everything making a difficult time easier to get through.
During some of the darkest times of my life thus far, the team at Neptune Society took exceptional care of my family and the remains of my loved one. Michael McNew in particular was kind, patient, and made sure we understood everything being explained without taking too long. He clearly knows how people navigating grief want to be talked to and what's important to them. We are so grateful.
Neptune Society was very caring and easy for me and my family. However, the service was very rushed and they were 15 minutes late before we started off to the site. But I am confident that they will take good care of me when my time comes. I highly recommend them.

Lindsey in the fort worth Tx. Office was so wonderful and helpful went way beyond her call of duty in making sure the after death process went smoothly. I honestly could not believe how helpful she was and checked in on my family several times. She helped set up funeral arrangements and so much more. So much more then my family ever expected. I would recommend Neptune Society to everyone.
